Very dissatisfied with this product and would like to exchange it

Already have to replace this fridge. Less than five years old and had to replace the fan three times. The icemaker always gets jammed as well. I would avoid this product if at all possible

Going on my second refrigerator replacement in one months time. Poor construction in cabinet on the first refrigerator. Freezer door pops open and stays open when refrigerator door is closed causing unit to run constantly and ice over .

After looking and reading the reviews of this refrigerator i finally took a chance and bought it because of my size restrictions. I love it!! Alot of reviews complain about the ice maker being noisy. Come on people its an ICE MAKER. How quiet is it going to be? Makes noise when ice hits the tray. Other than that refrigerator is almost silent. My first ice making refrigerator and i couldnt be any more satified. Perfect fit, looks good and i love the LED lights inside. No mechanical issues but i bought an extended warranty just in case. I almost passed up this great refrigerator based on the reviews of the noise but again I've never heard of an ice maker that doesn't make noise...

Great fridge overall. Love the LED lighting, shelf spacing, door shelf spacing, stainless exterior and magnetic sides. The ice maker works great but the ice dispenser is an absolute joke! When set on cube type it will sometimes crush or crush and cube. It jams all the time and then you end up with ice all over the floor. I would give this fridge 5 stars if not for the pathetic ice dispenser. Can't recommend for this reason.

We had high hopes for this refrigerator based on the positive reviews. But after nearly 2 months, many hours spent on the phone (with Frigidaire, Best Buy, and Geek Squad), two service repair calls, and three refrigerator deliveries/exchanges, we finally exchanged it for an LG refrigerator (which is fantastic - best decision we made!). The first Frigidaire was damaged by the (poorly trained) delivery/installation guys, who incorrectly mounted the freezer door and damaged the wiring. Also, the freezer light did not work. After trying unsuccessfully to arrange a repair, we had a replacement unit delivered. The second refrigerator immediately started making a very strange sound (similar to a circular-saw) every time the compressor was on. Frigidaire was responsive and sent a technician out within a few days, but he advised us that the compressor was defective and our best option was to exchange the refrigerator again. He also noted that the unit had internal dents and damage that must have happened at the factory prior to shipment. So we arranged for another exchange through BestBuy. Refrigerator #3 was delivered a couple weeks later, but it also had a different, high-pitched whine, and the phone technicians advised us that the compressor was also likely defective. At this point (1.5 months after our initial purchase), we decided to switch to a different brand, since Frigidaire obviously has a quality-control problem. BestBuy was very responsive about all the exchanges within the 15-day return period – although we would have preferred not to have the hassle of so many deliveries/exchanges. A few additional comments on the Frigidaire design/performance. It was the most noisy and talkative refrigerator we have ever encountered, making a wide variety ticking, whooshing, humming, buzzing, and whining sounds all throughout the day and night. Although it is advertised as a quiet refrigerator, the compressor was also quite loud. The water dispenser has a strange design that makes it nearly impossible to fill narrow-mouth bottles without spilling water. On the positive side, the internal layout was nice, and the smudge-proof doors were easy to keep clean. Overall, however, this refrigerator gets a solid thumbs-down.

Got this fridge about a week ago and delivered without a hitch. It looks great and I got it programmed. I'm awaiting BB to contact me regarding a return of this fridge as out of the blue it will stark making sounds. I know it's probably the ice maker, but I have no line hooked up to it. But those noises are ok. About three or four times a day/night it will sound just like an air compressor. Loud and obnoxious. This can't be normal. Gonna see if I can exchange for maybe a better brand. I would recommend if I knew all these noises were normal based on the look and the price.

I bought this refrigerator as part of a Frigidaire gallery suite when I renovated my k itchen. I needed a 33" wide fridge and there aren't that many available in that size. I'm so glad I found this one as it fits the bill for everything I need! There is plenty of space in both the fridge and freezer and I love the lights that span the length of the fridge. The best part is that is is smudgeproof, no matter how much you touch it, you won't see fingerprints!

This is a great refrigerator for the price. The smudge proof finish works great and the digital readout is great on the through the door ice/water dispenser. The LED lighting inside the refrigerator is nice and bright. This is one of the quietest refrigerators we have owned. I do wish the plastic vegetable/fruit drawers were attached in a slightly different manner in order for them to slide a bit easier but overall we highly recommend this to others.

The salesgirl assured me that this was a great buy. I blame myself for believing a young woman instead of reading the reviews. It is excessively noisy. Do not purchase under any circumstance. The low price is not worth it. You will get what you pay for - complete garbage.

The door shelve are always breaking. The defroster freezes over and causes water leaks.

I use for crushed and its great. It comes with filter for water and great freezer space.

The shelves came messed up they claim cosmetic repair guy came he's late he said it needed a longer screw. that's the manufacturer messing up they want me to buy a part that is not broken maybe they sold me a used item. I now have a freezer without shelf and basket. Thanks Best Buy. After all those thousands of dollars u got out my pocket. Cheap materials

The only reason I bought this fridge is because there is a limited selection of fridges that will fit a 33" wide space. It seemed like a good product at first and despite being a little noisy I like the filtered water, control panel on the door and smudge free stainless steel. After about six months we started having problems with the ice maker shooting out ice and food freezing in the fridge compartment. We have called Best Buy geek squad out several times and there response was that nothing is broken, the ice maker just does not work well. They also said that we should not store items on the top shelf because it restricts air flow through the rest of the fridge causing our food to get frozen. As a result, because Best Buy has concluded our fridge is not broker, but rather just functions poorly, we are stuck with never ending ice on our floor and frozen food that needs to be thrown away regularly.

We had bought a Whirlpool and unfortunately it didn't fit in our space. We then proceeded to purchase this model. It also did not fit. This may have been a mistake on the sales rep since they told us it was a different size and when it arrived it was taller then it was suppose to be. However, the biggest issue was it didn't work. The temperatures never came below 50 degrees. All our food spoiled. I called Frigidaire and they told me they'd have to send someone to fix. Needles to say after purchasing a refrigerator and after 2 days it needing servicing we chose to return it. For the time we did have it hoping the temperature would adjust, it was noisy. It was suppose to be smudge proof and it still does smudge. In addition, it was a lot more narrow then we though. Once you start putting in your food you realize how narrow it is.

This is the worst refrigerator i have ever owned. The shelves are thin and break continuously. The whole thing is very poor quality. The icemaker gets frozen constantly and it makes a very constant loud noise.

BEWARE - we bought this refrigerator based on the good reviews. The refrigerator we received is extremely noisy - past the point of normal operating noises (bubbles, groaning, gurgling etc.) After 6+ service calls and countless of hours on the phone, a replacement refrigerator was denied. Very disappointing. If you do decide to buy, make sure you listen carefully for unusual noises within your exchange period! They will only get worse.

After less than two years of purchasing its drawer and inside cabinet cracked everywhere. even when I returned to Best Buy I found the same Refrigerator in the show room has the same cracks, it is really trash.

This is by far the worse fridge I have EVER owned. It arbitrarily at any given moment daytime or during the middle of the night makes the loudest sounds I have ever heard from a refrigerator. Best Buy has been out twice, the first time they changed out a part, unfortunately to no avial. The last Tech that came out informed me that the noise it makes is normal, REALLY??? I have taped the noises on my Iphone but am not able to upload them on here. Also, on the top shelf, left hand side is an air filter, you CANNOT put anything close to that, IT WILL FREEZE. Last, but not least, the ice maker gets stopped up all of the time. It will drop a few cubes, stop, then ice comes gushing out, ALL OVER THE FLOOR. I wish I could trade for a different brand!!! I will NEVER purchase another Frigidaire appliance.

I purchased this as I did a kitchen remodel but this fridge runs ALOT
