We also have to prewash all of our dishes really well otherwise they don't come clean...

Posted .Hey Afray, thank you for sharing your review with us. We do suggest to make sure the water temperature to the appliance is set between 120*-140*F. This is the minimum temperature range that the water supply must reach in order for the detergent to dissolve completely. Also, make sure to load short dishes near the front so not as to block the soap dispenser from opening. Hope this helps!

One week later a replacement arrived and 4 weeks, the replacement stopped working. Two lemons in a row is infuriating. My other appliances are; Frigedaire Gallery models and do not know know to proceed. Stainless steel finishes are different among manufacturers so another brand will not match. It makes no sense to get a third machine as it seems the line as major flaws with the power boards.

After a several weeks or poor customer service from Frigidaire, I returned it to Best Buy for a new one in march 2015. The new machine also does not dry the dishes, and just like the first one, it stays wet inside and smells moldy.
