bought 6 appliances frigidaire gallery, love them all

I purchased this dishwasher 12/30/11 and on 12/24/12 it would no longer drain. The pump was not working. I called customer service and they gave me 4 numbers to call for service, one in Orlando FL, one in Macon GA and one about 45 miles from my house that also would not service my city and the last one was booked until the end of the following month. I went and got a new pump myself and installed it. That is a lot of money for one year of service. It is quite and does look great.

I had a dishwasher in house #1 Never used it. Again in house # 2. Again, never used it. Built the house we are in now and did not install a dishwasher. 18 years later I installed this Frigidaire for home sale and was reminded why we never installed one when we built it. It takes less time to do them manually!. Rinse first, load after each meal, run and dry all night, then complete drying manually in the AM. Hope the new owner enjoys it. These are only a status symbol, not much of a time saver.

My wife and I bought the entire Frigidaire Gallery, our kitchen looks awesome.... However, that's the only good part about it. No real complaints about the stove and only some minor design flaws with the fridge (also noisy). (WARNING!!) The microwave handle gets RED HOT when cooking on the stove top. The dishwasher is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever purchased. After special ordering some replacement seals (several times) it finally stopped leaking water from the door. The dishes only come clean 2 out of ever 10 times. My wife is forever complaining about it, wish I bought something else.

We replaced our 17 year old Roper dishwasher that had never broken once but was really loud and not energy efficient. Bought this Frigidaire dishwasher. It is quiet but broke after 6 months. Have a call into Best Buy to get a repairman out. Would never ever buy another one of these. Can't believe it broke after 6 months with only using 2-3 times per week. It will not start at all.

Have run this dishwasher a total of 5 times, 4 times on one load. No clean dishes. Unfortunately, it took us a few weeks to install, so by the time we knew it didn't work, we were well out of Best Buy return period. First call to Frigidaire did not go well. While I may have hard water (I don't), I did not suddenly develop hard water between the old washer and this one. A kinked discharge line may cause the ungodly smell, but it isn't the reason that even breadcrumbs remain on the dishes. But, have done what we were told to do. Removed it, checked lines, and reinstalled it. Still no worky. Will try again today. Aside from the not working, I am not particularly fond of the interior, it seems like it doesn't hold much. I do like that the top is adjustable for more tall items. And it is VERY SHINY so thats good. Ugh.

This dishwasher broke with regular use after 2 years. Fridgidaire could not help us at all. We have to replace it. I can not recommend this at all.

It has broken down twice in 10 months, and I am afraid of going over 1 year basic warranty period expires. When it does work, it works well.

We are very disappointed with this dishwasher. Had our last one for 13 years with no problems. Although this one looks nice and is quiet, it doesn't clean the dishes well. Glasses come out worse then when they went into the dishwasher. Food and grit stuck on. Seal broke and needed to be replaced. Already needing service for the third time and have only had it a little over a year. Also very short so you can't load cookie sheets or taller pots.
