Replaced several parts under the two year warranty. Now that the warranty has run out, still having lots of electrical issues.

Very poor quality. Took it back got Whirlpool. Very happy now.

Have had this for a month, it holds so much more then the more expensive one's that begin with a "B", all dishes come out sparkling clean and dry on normal wash & heat dry! I've been using the Finish detergent that was recommended and even with things tightly squeezed in, they come out perfect every time. Love the way it looks. It is soo much quieter then my last one, but of course I had the last one for 10 yrs. I would highly recommend this to everyone!

In the past I have purchased top of the line Maytag and Kitchen Aid dishwashers and have never had the silence of this one. It runs very quietly, does an excellent job of cleaning. The top shelf is arranged a bit clumsily

Overall, I've had a great experience with this dishwasher. It's extremely quiet. I had to basically put my ear on it to make sure it was running. That is by no means a frustrating feature. The Sahara Dry performs as advertised, but it blasts you in the face when you open the dishwasher. I was also happy to see that The price dropped from $599.99 to $509.99 within the first 45 days. I was also able to benefit from triple points and 5% off for using the Best Buy card. There is also the $50 rebate from my utility company. Overall, I've only paid $430 for this dishwasher. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

We have had this dishwasher for almost 2 weeks now. It is so quite and cleans the dishes with no spots. The Sahara desert dry option is amazing. I read another review how it was worthless but I can assure you that’s not the case. All of our dishes are completely dry when we select this feature. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone looking to upgrade their dishwasher. I also loved how the price of this dishwasher went down by 30 dollars and Best Buy credited me the difference! Make sure you check the price every few days after your purchase for their price match guarantee.

We have had this for about three weeks now. We were limited by height because of our cabinet size and this fits the bill perfectly! Love the no stick fingerprints and the sleek look of the outside. Inside you can easily change configuration with adjustable rack heights (love the section on top for bowls). Dishwasher is quiet and seems to clean everything well.

It's a pretty nice dishwasher, especially for the price. It looks great, fits a TON more dishes that our old model, and gets dishes clean and dry. One problem is that there is a white residue left on food storage containers and lids -- especially the lids. Not sure why this is happening, but I intend to look into it to see if it's something we are doing wrong. Another issue (not really a problem, but different than what I expected) is that it is relatively quiet, but not as quiet as others made it sound (no pun intended, LOL). We have a tri-level house with a large formal dining room between the kitchen and stairs, and from downstairs, we can hear the dishwasher sloshing and making a whining noise between cycles -- at first we kept thinking it was our one-year-old in his crib. =) All in all, though, I would definitely recommend it, especially for the price!

We initially purchaced a Whirlpool dishwasher to replace a 14 year old Maytag that had died. Though quiet, thw Whirlpool did not clean or dry the dishes on any setting. Best Buy took back the Whirlpool as a return and we purchased this dishwasher. It cost a little more, but was well worth it. It barely makes a sound when running and cleans and dries perfectly. I am sold on Frigidaire products.

Overall this is a GREAT Dishwasher!! Great value and great performance. I rated a 4 for quality just based on the racks and silverware holder feel very cheap for the caliber of dishwasher this is....easy to get over though once you hear it and run it...well that is IF you can hear it. It is super quiet which is really great as our kitchen is close to the living room where we watch tv and listen to music. I also rated a 4 on features because I was bummed to find out I had to find and order a cabinet seal kit for it. I think it should come with one for the price. At minimum Best Buy should at least carry the seal kit for the units they sell in their store. I couldn't even order it through Best Buy, I had to find it online and purchase it from SEARS online. That whole process delayed my finished install by almost 2 weeks.....very disappointing. I'm over all that now but just be warned about the cabinet seal.

We had our previous dishwasher (which happened to be another Fridgidaire) for a total of 4 years and it was already super loud, didn't clean very well, and we just weren't very happy with it. As soon as we started using this one, we were extremely impressed. We love all the different wash features, the clean look inside and outside, and how totally quiet it is while running. Can't say enough good things about this dishwasher!

First off I want to make sure to be clear, this dishwasher is great. Great value for the money. Cleans the dishes very well. Most dishes including plastics are dry even on the low setting. It can hold mountains of dishes. Only limited rinsing is needed (if it is dried on and crusty). Sure you can pay a few bucks more and go stainless inside, go a few db more quiet, or this or that. But this dishwasher is a great value for the money. What you won't find out until it is to late, the Versa-try is NOT going to come in the box. The Versa-tray is the tray your loose stuff goes in, like sippy cup tops. It shows as being included in the Frigidaire site, it is even mentioned in the Best Buy site as being included (on the black front version of this DW by Frigidaire directly). We finally got this tray but not without major wrangling and A LOT of phone calls and run around. I'd buy this DW again in a heart beat, but not with install from Best Buy. The install experience has been poor at best. A guy in a private car will come and install it. The drain tube is precariously stuck in the drain rather than using a clamp as directed in the install directions from Frigidaire. The installer jammed some crud into the pipe to hold it that in 2 weeks hasn't hardened even. That is a basement flood waiting to happen. He didn't use the install kit they told us was required (another $29) and it wasn't until he was leaving and we asked for the old parts did he give the purchased kit back to return. (we were never comfortable with the installer). Trying to get Best Buy to come out and fix the drain tube has been frustrating and terrible customer service. Wrong numbers, multiple stories, one person standing behind the installer, but another saying we will be out to fix a hour later (get your story unified you have a CRM guys). I could go on and on about the install frustrations and not have anything positive to say.

This washer works very quietly!!!!!!!! Very happy with the big change from previous dishwasher from same company!!! Works good so far, washes very decent. The drying is not exactly perfect, but better than my old one, for sure. It has a lot of features for the price, very good value. Overall very pleased and happy with the new dishwasher.

Only had it a few weeks. I don't use a dishwasher too much, but the times I have used it, everything came out very clean and dry. Cycles seem a little long, but that was the case with my old one too.

This dishwasher is so quiet...I had to check when I first used it to make sure it was running....love it! I love the look of the Frigidaire Gallery collection and especially that it is fingerprint-proof! I have the entire collection and it all works very well and is quiet. I am very happy with my decision to purchase this collection.

I'll admit that it did a good job of cleaning--as long as it worked. And it was reasonably quiet. But about a month after installation we started seeing small pools of water in the tub. For a while, running the rinse cycle emptied it. Over the next few weeks the problem grew worse, and finally it apparently failed to drain at all. Frigidaire's factory authorized service outlets in the area were generally unresponsive. After waiting for them a few days I called Best Buy about the problem, and after a "can you hold on for a moment?" they decided a Geek Squad service representative could handle it. (Really? The phone representative didn't know that immediately?) When the Geek Squad rep came, and after consulting with Frigidaire on the phone, he announced the pump should be replaced. Getting the pump here and scheduling him for installation would take about a week he said. Assuming his diagnosis is correct, and this one repair fixes the problem, my response comes down to this: The device doesn't even work for 2 months before failing? That's sad.

This dishwasher runs great, i do one load a day. it is also super quiet. there is one flaw and that is the top rack. in the manual it said it came with a versa tray but one never came with mine. the very nice guy at best buy called and called and tried to talk to the company but got nowhere on info about this removable part, which would make things a little bit easier for small items in the top rack. things like bottle tops and little lids have to go in the silverware rack below to stay secure. i got one of those mesh bags and toss everything in that to keep it in place so problem solved, but it would have been nice to have that rack. otherwise a great dishawasher.

I bought this dishwasher as part of a Frigidaire gallery suite when I renovated my k itchen. I've had it for about a week now and am just in love with it! Granted, my old dishwasher was pretty old but it got the job done, or so I thought. This dishwasher is so much better! It is quiet and gets dirty dishes cleaned very well, they are spotless! Plus it looks great and I loved the hidden controls.

Very happy with the dishwasher, three times as quiet as our old machine. Everything comes out clean.

If you're looking for a dishwasher that "actually cleans the dishes" this particular model is for you! This is the FIRST Frigidaire appliance I've ever owned. If you are a Consumer Reports fanatic like I'm, the Frigidaire brand doesn't fair too well with them. Having said this-I have owned every recommended model of dishwasher CR has suggested over the years from Bosch to Whirlpool, GE-even one Kitchen Aide model that was a complete nightmare! but which in every case, were more costly to own then this Frigidaire. I concluded that I was destined to have "dish-pan" hands for the rest of my life! Having moved to GA into our new home-the dishwasher needed replacing right away. On a whim, I decided to give this brand a try-why not I thought? I have tried all the others! I must tell you that I have been pleasantly surprised by this dishwasher's performance! I keep waiting for something to go wrong. I've had this dw for 5 months now and it is the BEST decision/purchase I've ever made with a dw-period! It's very quiet, cleans very effectively and dries the dishes without all those nasty spots. i would HIGHLY recommend this dw and would buy it again in a heartbeat! Let's face it-they don't make things the way they used to so eventually this will need replacing down the road-but I LOVE LOVE LOVE this DW and you will too!
