I have had this dishwasher for over a week now and love it. I had another dishwasher (Whirlpool) for a few days and it did not dry the dishes. This was my replacement and has been a great decision so far. The cycle is quick 99 minutes from start to finish and my dishes are clean and dry. I have a large family thus the dishwasher is the most important appliance for me. Looks great with my other stainless appliances that are Whirlpool as the controls are hidden. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We were replacing one of those low priced dishwashers and are very happy with the Frigidaire, it's quiet and does an excellant job.

I am a self-proclaimed appliance snob and I wouldn't even consider this brand until the salesperson at Best Buy told me to take a look. I compared it to the GE Cafe line I was looking at and was pleasantly surprised. Consumer Reports research later confirmed what I saw. This is an amazing dishwasher and less than a third of the price of the lower rated GE. I would recommend this to everyone I know (and I did).

Bought this dishwasher to upgrade our kitchen, has so many features on it and the cleanliness of it is great! The dishwasher has a smudge-proof design and is very quiet when it runs. All in all a great dishwasher and can't wait to buy the rest of our appliances at Best Buy!

Does a good job overall. Very long cycle when using sanitize mode. Extremely quiet. Sometimes the items are not completely dry even when using the heat dry option. Overall worth the money. Got the install for $19.00!

Got this dishwasher on sale, great product for the price. Dishes come out squeaky clean without spots without even using the sahara setting, just have to rinse dishes first or they come out with little bits left of them. very happy with the purchase!

We were replacing an 6-year old Frigidaire that had fried wiring. When this dishwasher was delivered, we noticed the front stainless steel panel seemed flimsy and cheap, but just wanted to have a dishwasher that worked, so we kept it. 11 days later, none of the buttons would work. My husband checked, and it was getting power, but still nothing. Obviously it was still under warranty, so a repair company came out, diagnosed a broken computer panel, and ordered another for us. 7 business days passed, and we still hadn't heard back, so I called and asked when it would be fixed. They said the part was on backorder, and could take 3-4 weeks. So this dishwasher is such a piece of junk that Frigidaire can't even keep up with demand for replacing the computer panel. Nice. We're returning ours, and we'll definitely never buy another Frigidaire appliance!

We had an older version of this dishwasher so we knew what we was getting. Even so we are greatly impressed with the improvements. It is very quiet and cleans better than our six year old dishwasher and have no complaints what so ever. It also holds more dishes and handles our taller glasses. Best Buys deal easily beat other retailers by fifty dollars, then had a better deal on delivery and setup.

Had a 1500.00 Electrolux before this and the Fridgidare blows it away in every way.

I like it and would recommend it to a friend. I don't cook much so I have only done a few loads since I bought it, but it's nice.

Has so many setting and features...but as I said the best feature is that you cannot hear it running.

So I bought this dishwasher thinking it was one of the best I could find for the $. Come to find out I was wrong. I had problems from the very beginning. I only use my dishwasher once or twice per week so I really didn't think too much of it when my dishes were not coming out as clean as I thought they should. I always rinse my dishes before I put them in the dishwasher. When I called and talked to a memeber of geek squad I was told to change my detergent from cascade complete to finish quantum. I have been using the same detergent for years and never had a problem before. Then I had noticed that the very top metal piece had been reglued on. The edges were all jagged and looked aweful. Finally on day 34, the dishwasher started leaking from the door on both sides. It wasn't until the end on the rinse cycle. My entire kitchen floor was wet. It took me 3 bath towels to get it all cleaned up. When I called in they sent someone out to look at it and said it needed new seals and some other adjustments. I refused. I wanted a new one. If I am having problems on day 34 what is going to happen a year from now? Will never recommend this dishwasher to anyone.

Bought this dishwasher and picked it up following week. Sat in my garage for 3 weeks while I finished up some remodeling. When I installed it and tried to load it up with dishes I discovered it had a terrible rack design allowing dishes to flop around. Small dinner plates will not fit in top rack even if adjusted to lowest position and with rack in lowest position large dinner plates will not even fit in bottom rack! VERY disappointed with this dishwasher. Called Best Buy same day and told them I just installed this dishwasher and tried to use it once and wanted to return it but they refused to take it back because it was more then 15 days old.

We just love this new dishwasher. It has a lot more space than our old one and we love the Sierrha option that gives it that extra dry bump on the dishes.

Easy to install, works and looks great (matches my other Frigidaire appliances). Not as quiet as I expected but is very quiet.

Bought this dishwasher because we were replacing our kitchen floor and didn't want to take the chance with the old one that was beginning to show its age of over 9 years. Out of the box it wouldn't clean dishes! Actually making them more dirty than they were when they were loaded. Service calls were made with them telling me I needed to replace valves and buy a pressure booster because there was not enough water getting to the tub. Maybe there would have been had Frigidaire not put a pin hole sized restrictor inside the solenoid valve. Frigidaire actually told me they would not replace the unit only fix it for the first year (WOW great customer service there!). After months of headache we finally got it to clean dishes with the use of a commercial grade soap. Now it is leaking! Tonight makes the third time and worst one. Water has destroyed part of the new floor and ran into the basement. Frigidaire will never get another cent of our money or anyone I have talked to. This dishwasher is a $600 piece of junk!

I hate this dishwasher so much. Imagine - I went out of my way to locate a place to say how much I hate it! I had a 12 yr old whirlpool and I decided to treat myself to a new dishwasher. Maybe something with some new features - surely in 12 years there were some innovations? So I looked and looked until I found this one. I bought it at lowe's. I do about 3 loads of dishes a day ( large family ). So the first thing I discovered was that my NORMAL sized plates wouldn't fit into the bottom tray. Then I noticed that my glasses wont fit into the upper tray. The spray bar is so low that you can forget about cleaning anything other than juice glasses and dessert plates. Now after a year of pure torture and hell I have decided that I am going to hurt myself or someone else if I don't replace this dishwasher. No one deserves that sort of long term pain and suffering. - - What else about this dishwasher? Within the first 90 days, I had to use plastic zip ties to hold the silverware tray together. Otherwise if you pick up the silverware tray to unload it - your clean utensils end up all over the floor. Every time - not just once. Unidentifiable "pieces" started coming off this dishwasher. Little plastic flapper things. I have no idea if they are important or not. I just save them in a bag and wait to see if it starts leaking. Finally, I'd like to share that every cycle on this thing takes more that 99 minutes to run. It literally says "99" minutes remaining. WTH? So now I know why my electric and water bill jumped up. When my new dishwasher comes next week - I hope I can find someone to take this off my hands. I'm not sure I can even give it away!

We have had our dishwasher for about 22 months now and just the other night we started getting a flashing error message. Checked the manual and did what it said, called Frigidaire and they were no help- wouldn't even get a person on the phone. Looked online for some solutions and I guess I am not the only one with this problem. Forums everywhere about what was wrong. Most reviews/forums said the repair was around $250-$425....almost more than I paid for the washer to begin with....now I am stuck debating a new washer or pay the cost.

I recall selecting this dishwasher saying "Sahara Heat, who wouldn't want a dishwasher with this setting/" After raising the water temperature in our house well beyond the "normal setting" (factor that into the cost of ownership) and using the Sahara heat setting, dishes come out dry about 75% of the time. Any other setting, and you should have a dish towel ready because they won't be dry. Same for cleaning...plan on using the maximum settings and having your dishwasher running for about 2 hours (factor that into cost of ownership), and you will only have to set aside about 4 or 5 pieces to re-wash by hand...and I am not talking about casseroles (no dishwasher gets those clean), but just bowls and dinner plates. Recently, the kitchen floor and basement below the appliance was soaking wet (I used professional install) - that has not repeated itself...fingers crossed. Oh...and they sell a rack separately if you want to actually be able to load dishes in a sensible manner...again, plan on buying the accessory rack. Who sells a rack for a dishwasher as an accessory? Wasted $500.
