Excellent machine and easy to install, however we have granite counter tops so I couldn't secure it at the top. I had to buy a dishwasher side mounting kit, not included. (DWBRACKIT1, AP5645425, PS4705063 Dishwasher Side Mount Kit for Dishwashers-Replaces 154477201, 154806601, 154806602, 2691713) The first time we used it, it was hard to start - but that was operator error - you hit start set the functions that you want, hit start again and then close the door. The trick is to hit start twice and close the door - works everytime.

This dishwasher is not too loud and it cleans the dishes very well. It is supposed to be secured to the floor so keep that in mind. If you have a floating floor you will need to create a way to secure from the cabinet sides. It is a little annoying to have the panel inside the door because you will have to open it just to see if the cycle is complete. Overall a great product!

The product looks fine, works good. Only problem is that it's top mounting, meaning it is meant to attach to the bottom of your countertop. This installation does not work if you have a granite countertop with no sub top like I do. I specifically asked for a side mounting dishwasher because I was well aware of the limitations. However, the installer was able to attach it to the sides with additional mounting brackets, but they (first installers) didn't have the brackets with them and someone else had to come back out. So far so good!

I like the dish washer, what I didn't like was the fact that you have to hire someone to install it because even the electrical cord to connected it to the wall outlet comes separately and u really have to work on it to reach cables to connect the electrical cord

The salesman in Monroe NY, Tyler, said installation was included it wasn't. Took two weeks to arrive, and upon installation ($130 to someone else) we discovered a huge crack in the bottom of the unit. A replacement would not be available for six weeks (after a month already without a dishwasher). A cheaper model was offered, but also weeks later. Discussions with people at Best Buy was a waste of time - they had absolutely no interest in doing anything to correct this situation. I told them to come get it (which will take a week) and refund my money. I'm taking ALL my business elsewhere. I would only recommend Best Buy to a friend if I had no interest in them remaining a friend.

don't buy this. Smells weird as in when installed they didn't loop the product correct and pieces of the product have melted due to not being installed properly. It has been a headache since I bought it. Less than 3 years old and broke and now shopping for another dishwasher. Garbage!

First off all, extremely difficult to install if you are doing it yourself. The second thing is it has the new buttons on the top that should be flush under your countertop. If you have an old house that is not flush, this won't look seamless. I was very disappointed on the seal around the inside, and the door appeared flimsy. I returned it and upgraded 100.00 to a Samsung, and am very happy now.

The installer had to put a couple of sheetrock screws through the sides, because they could not line up the under counter brackets.

Great dishwasher, however, if you have granite or silestone counter tops, you will need to order the side mount kit to secure the dishwasher to your cabinet frame. Frigedaire has this kit and model number in their install instructions. Thing is, why don't they just include the kit with the dishwasher?!!! For what you pay the $20.00 kit should be included. I had to order the kit and will have to install it myself. Yes I could go back to the store and make them send another installer, but I want it done right and it is not that complicated!

As others have mentioned....this dishwasher is almost all plastic. It’s not sturdy. You can actually twist the door when it's open! It does NOT come with all the necessary parts for installation. The only reason I kept the thing is that I got it so inexpensively....this model had been marked way down...otherwise it'd would have gone back. It is quiet and does seem to do a decent job on the dishes but I have no confidence in the longevity of this product. Would not recommend unless you get an incredible deal.
