Every single morning I open the dishwasher to find water drops on some of the dishes. I am not talking water spots, I mean water drops. I realized it was happening because it will not dry plastics so I no longer put any plastics in there. At this point there are still some wet dishes/glasses when the load is finished. For the most part I have to hand dry all of the silverware. Even the racks and inside of the door have water drops on them. It is set to dry (not air dry). Extremely disappointing. I will try getting it serviced and will change my review if it was a fixable event.

Posted .Hey lizzza! I recommend making sure that the "Heat Dry" option is selecting during the wash cycle. You may find that using rinse aid will also help with the drying performance of your dishwasher. I hope this helps! -Courtney

However, the dishwasher takes about 2 hours for a whole cycle and the dishes are still wet and sometime the dishwasher tends to have a bad odor even when clean

Posted .Hey Summer! When the unit has to heat the water it extends the cycle time. Be sure the incoming water temperature is at least 120F. You may also find that using a rinse aid will help with the drying performance of your dishwasher. I also recommend that you run a cycle with no dishes. Once the dishwasher has completed its initial fill, add 1 cup of white vinegar and complete cycle to remove any remaining odor in tub. I hope this helps! Thank you, Courtney
