I recommend making sure that the water is coming in at 120 degrees, and that the "Heat Dry" is selected during the wash cycle. You may also find that using rinse aid will improve your drying performance. I hope this helps! Courtney.

Neither one of them work, and neither one of them would dry the dishes. Maybe I had some bad luck but I would steer clear of this brand and model
