Not as strong as I had anticipated. Looked the same as the KitchenAid it replaced, but not in the same league.

Racks are flimsy, condensation in tub after wash cycle, silverware racks slots are too small, Wash cycle too long, front panel smudge proof but not the door handle, cycle button flimsy and need to be pressed repeatedly.

This dishwasher cleans dishes well, but will not dry. We still have to hand dry our dishes before putting them away.

Thought I ordered the dishwasher with the buttons in the front and got the model where the buttons were on top. Hint to all consumers and even the Best Buy sales staff. If the buttons are on top you MUST have a flush countertop period or it will not work !!! Learning experience lol. The Geek squad did straighten everything else for the correct dishwasher so overall BB did a good job correcting the problem.

This dishwasher went on the fritz within the first few months. It wouldn't 'drain and wouldn't shut off. I had to turn off the breaker just to make it stop. The dishwasher repair people came multiple times to "repair" it, just to have it mess up again 5 months later. Of course the warranty was defunct. DO NOT BUY

The DW had large hole in top when the installer went to pick it up. Someone returned because wasn't the one they wanted. I needed one immediately and Best Buy's did not have anything in stock Frigedaire or Samsung so had to go elsewhere. It was a few days before Christmas

I bought this dishwasher to go with the Frigidaire smudge proof line of other products I ordered. Unfortunately after having 2 dishwashers delivered that did not work I ordered a Bosch Silence Plus 46 and I love it.

I am so disappointed with this dishwasher! It never dries out. I use the heat setting but the dishes, the walls and the door are always wet. the silverware is never dry and the glasses are spotted. UNHAPPY!

THIS IS A ZERO STAR BUT WAS FORCED TO PICK A STAR. This was a replacement of a great Kenmore dishwasher we had for over ten years. Initially loved it because it was so much deeper, larger and more quiet than previous. Basically it stopped working after four months of daily use. We are a busy family of four and it's going on a month of inconvenience of trying to fix it. The repairman has come twice and still not fixed. This IS A LEMON. Frigidaire has spent more on a repairman to now have to come out a third time to fix THIS LEMON RATHER than WORKING WITH BEST BUY TO REPLACE WITH A NEW ONE. Best Buy has been NO HELP and when I contacted them first, they pretty much told me "Well, you didn't get our service protection" implying it's "buyer beware, it's your fault that you bought a lemon now you deal with fixing it" . Yes, because when you buy something brand new, you should expect it to break down after four months. Extremely angry that this expensive washer has been a huge inconvenience and disappointment. I should've just gone back to Sears and gotten a Kenmore with better customer service. And YES THIS THING DIDN'T DRY THE DISHES AT ALL. The glasses on the top rack all had puddles. Piece of JUNK.

The machine wouldn't dry the dishes no matter what cycle. I replaced with a Samsung a week later! Also not very quite like the Samsung model at same price point.
