We love this dishwasher. My husband installed it and the only hiccups we found were trying to figure out how high to level it to our counter. We bought this as an open box so we are missing the kick plate that should've came with it. Love the wine glass holder on the top rack and the ability to lower the top rack as well. With the buttons on the top of the door it keeps it clean and prevents any little ones from pushing it on.

This dishwasher broke and stopped cleaning dishes within a couple of months. The soap would only partially come out. The control panel would also freeze up, forcing us to reset the circuit breaker. The Frigidaire warranty service was useless. They scheduled a repair service to fix it. Took them a month to get the parts. After he repaired it the dishwasher seemed to work for a day or two, then stopped working again and was as bad as before. Rather than continue the repair cycle for several more months we gave up and bought a new dishwasher (NOT Frigidaire).

I’ve had this dishwasher for about 5 years and this is the 3rd time I have to call for repairs. I maybe use it a couple time a month so it’s not as if I over use it. Very dissatisfied.

Dishwasher doesn't work properly and the Frigidaire service technician was a no show. Product is less than thirty days old and under warranty. The Woodlands,Texas Best Buy/Pacific Sales has failed to assist with resolution.

Had repair technician out several times within first year because of error code displayed when washing didn't finish. Now again same problem has resurfaced months later. Unit doesn't finish washing and error code i20 is displayed.

Noisy! And mildew and an awful smell builds up wihtin 24 hours between washes. This odor and mildew is NOT covered under the Best Buy warranty or Frigidaire warranty. Do not buy this dishwasher.

We've run our dishwasher many times and it NEVER dries the silverware or the silverware basket itself. So odd!! We are returning this product

I bought this dishwasher four months ago and it already broke. Parts are on back order-must be a common problem-and the service repair department is inadequate to handle the multiple issues with my dishwasher. Frigidaire needs to work on their quality assurance program before releasing their products for sale. The only good is that it was quiet when it worked!

This dishwasher went well with the package (fridge, stove, etc.) but started giving us problems after about 5 months. Have had it replaced multiple times in a few years.

I bought this 2 years and 4 months ago. At the 2-year anniversary, the dishwasher started to behave strangely. Lights didn't turn on, and cycles that should take 1 hour took 2 hours. Now, the drain pump runs continuously and will not shut off no matter what I try. The unit needs major repairs. This dishwasher is expensive but I am considering just getting rid of it, why throw good money after bad. Many online reviews say that after 2 years, there are a lot of problems with the electrical system.

No heating element. have to dry everything before putting away. also have to scrub everything clean before putting dishes in. looks nice but I want my old one back. When it says heated dry,.... this just means its as hot as the water from your heater.

I purchased this dishwasher read review that said good dishwasher .Started using it and the dishes didn't dry all the way.I'd have to dry them by hand !! I called Frigidaire they sent someone out to check it they said nothing was wrong ! It's energy efficient . It has no fan to dry dishes !!!! This is the worst purchase I've ever made !!!!!
