First, I’d like to say the customer service was spectacular throughout our whole process. They were attentive, understanding, and helpful. When our first fridge of this model came, the water line was cut. We kept the fridge and used it for the two weeks until a replacement was available to be delivered. During that time, we noticed the fridge was very loud. It would run loudly for a period of time then quiet down for a bit then run loudly again. Additionally, after about a week and a half, we noticed that when you closed the fridge part, it would pop open the freezer part about 1/4”; not enough to set off the alarm or door ajar, but enough to start thawing the frozen food within. When our second (replacement) fridge came, I explained the issues to the delivery guys and had them check the new fridge for these issues. That fridge too had the same issues: loud and door would pop open. We ended up returning and getting a whole different fridge from a different manufacturer.
