Purchased new appliances in our move. Really happy with the performance of the items we purchased.

This refrigerator has so much space. I as so happy I finally purchased stainless.

Plenty of room. Makes strange noises. Ice dispenser clogged once. Only problems with it.

The stainless looks great. Food stays fresh in refrigerator and freezer stays frozen. The only bump so far is the ice cubes can come out fast and back up in the ice chute.

I was extremely excited about my appliance purchase until I received it. The lighting is extremely poor and I can barely see my food now that the fridge has something on the shelves. This is occurring in the freezer too. I now have to figure out how to load the fridge without using some of the shelving to allow the light through.

We really like the design of the exterior and the Frigidaire handles, although the first one delivered came scratched and the one we have now has a little dent in the door on the lower half. We just did not want to go through returning it again. If it wasn't for the cosmetic problems I would of given it 5 stars. It works great and we really like how well the ice maker works.

I love the customer service at Best Buy, but this is a very loud refrigerator. I'm not sure I would buy this brand again.

It's a good fridge but make a bit of noise and the filtered water comes out warm. Overall we like it, for a basic fridge.

The family really like the new Side-by-Side Refrigerator, it has more room inside than the old one did and fits in the same space. The outside is a bit larger than the old ones so make sure to take the tape measure with you. The smudge proof promise seems to hold up. The only thing we had to get used to are the new controls we were used to a slider switch to select water, or ice now it is a touch pad.

I looked all over for a good fridge and as always found the best bang for my buck at bestbuy great store and people and I have a nice fridge that works great and has a ton of room

Bought has open box cheap and have had no issues now for over a month. Time will tell how Long it all will last

Buyer Beware: Do not purchase this refrigerator! Inferior plastic construction. I remodeled my kitchen in February 2014 and purchased the FGHS2631PF3 FRIGIDAIRE Side-by-Side Refrigerator in Stainless Steel because it didn’t allow finger prints stay on the outside panel. I had read reviews on the ice maker dispensing too much ice (which it does) but on crush mode was not an issue for us. After owning this refrigerator issues began happening to the drawers. After purchasing I read complaints that the drawers are really tight this for me has caused all the white plastic drawer supports to break and crack off so the drawer is no longer hangs, in one case upon pulling the drawer open it fell and crack. Since the refrigerator was no longer under warranty I called the company and purchased Refrigerator crisper drawer (Parts #: 240351061) and Refrigerator drawer cover (Parts #: 240350903) in December of 2015. Since then (October 2015) the lower Refrigerator drawer cover (Parts #: 240350903) has cracked and broken off. More concerning is the plastic that has broken off the Refrigerator ice crusher housing (Parts #: 241885001). This is the part that aids the distribution of ice. I have had several pieces in my drinks with can could cause ingestion if not noticed. I have called Frigidaire to which they do not offer any help but to repurchase the broken parts which I have done and this morning once again the part I purchased in December of 2015 is now broken again. I hope this helps anyone wanting to purchase a new refrigerator. Please look for another model.

Bought this to replace an old refrigerator in my mancave. Looks and works great. Quieter than the 11 year old Whirlpool that it replaced. I like being able to see temp settings on freezer door. Took a couple of days to warm up to the reverse-dim light when you open the door, but it's a neat feature. The Best Buy delivery team were the best - very professional.

We Love the fridge and it is big and works well. Nice looking.

This isn't the most top of the line fridge but for the $1000 mark it's not too shabby and gets the job done.

Bought this same fridge at Lowes which turned into a nightmare! Best Buy price matched and made the transaction from the start right down to the delivery a more than pleasant transaction! This is my new go to spot! 2 thumbs up! Have had no problems, runs great! Nice bonus space for ice cream.

I was looking forward to a stainless steel fridge for awhile - this one is perfect! Plenty of storage space, well-built, and inexpensive compared to some of the other models. Makes ice quickly, which is important in a house full of athletes who need water bottles filled constantly!

Its a good Refrigerator so far, I got one for my office and for my home. The drawers stick on both of them. I have only had them for a few weeks. The one at the office is on a wood floor with no side, and it is louder than the one I have at home which is enclosed. One thing I definitely like better is the ice bin holds more ice than the more expensive brands.

I bought this as part of deal at a Best Buy store and it works well. The issues I have run into are small, but noticeable. The two issues I noticed are: the fridge/ice maker is louder that I would like and the bottom two drawers don't slide out easily.

Ive only had this for a few days, but so far happy with it. Chill drawer is a little sticky, maybe will lossen up after a week or so of using it.
