Purchased this fridge July 15 2017. To start with when we went to pickup the worker who helped load it apparently was not educated enough to know that you should always keep refrigerators in the upright position. He laid the fridge on its back and said it was ok to do so then just walked back in the store. I immediately picked it up and put it in the upright position. Rather then punch the guy in his mouth I went in and found the manager and told him what had happened. He agreed that it should always be in the upright position and apologized but never confronted the worker who brought it out to load it. So I had to wait 24 hours to plug it in. It’s the noisiest fridge I have ever heard. Also about 3 months after purchasing I have had to take off the back panel inside the freezer side to remove ice buildup on the fan once a month because the fan was getting so much ice buildup on it that it stops working and then it doesn’t cool properly. Still doing this once a month. I WOULD NOT recommend this product or service to anybody.

It sure does freeze, even in the chill drawer. Ice cubes---no problem. It stops when the bin is full. It starts when cubes are removed. It was a good price. It's a good average refrigerator.

our family occupied a new refrigerator why ours already had broken down, we went to Best Buy and were delighted with this refrigerator that now that we have at home is wonderful.

We have been looking for a fridge just like this one! It fits all our needs and has so much more room! Great deal for the price!!

Had to have a new refrigerator sent out 4 days later because the one I had after 3 days it started making a loud noise. They were great about replacing it and I am very satisfied.

Got this fridge on a scratch and dent deal. Nice fridge but would not pay the full price for it. Some nice features but the ice/water dispenser is fickle, not always working as it should.

Very satisfied with the purchase. Part of the kitchen package. Only complaint is the water is a little loud when it's preparing to make ice. Does it at sporadic times too.

This a great refrigerator. I didn't give it 5 starts because the ice maker is very slow. Slower than my previous one. Other than that I would recommend it to a friend.

Good looking unit. Spacious. Led lights are bright. Makes a funny sound. Called geek squad. Not fixed.

If I could give this refrigerator a "0" I would. Refrigerator side freezes everything, even on the warmest setting. Water system faulty. Had to return it. Such an inconvenience.

We had to purchase this counter depth fridge do to space issues. It is very pretty from the outside. Water and ice dispense perfectly. The inside is also very pleasing to the eye. The pull out drawers, however, do not glide easily. I am constantly trying to readjust the drawers to no avail. My advice consumers. Test the ease of movement of the drawers in the store before you purchase the product.

Very disappointed in the freezer bins. The lower wire one keeps falling off track and the bottom one is similar. Husband had to pull the top part further apart praying it wouldn't break. Should not be like this. Is taking longer than any other refrigerator to get temps adjusted correctly. Thought it was going to be smudge proof but seems dirtier than other stainless steel ones. Only had a week. Not thrilled.

Love this fridge it is so nice. Quiet, roomy, cold.
