The drawers are great and labeled for correct usage. I had a problem with the ice maker because it is slow with producing more ice. I have a large family and ice goes pretty fast. Overall not a bad deal for a open-box item.

We really liked the looks and the in door water/ice dispensor. Unfortunately, the water isn't chilled. We were looking for all the frills a refrigerator has to offer. This wasn't cheap by any means and can't believe the water isn't chilled. Very disappointed as that is the reason for the purchase.

Posted .Hey Disappointed! Unfortunately the water coming from your refrigerator will not be cold and will most likely be the temperature of that of your tap water. This is due to the fact that the water lines have to run through heated areas of the refrigerator and will eventually pass through close to the ice maker to raise the temperature of the water slightly. If you desire water that is not as warm from the dispenser, we suggest calling for a full cup or two of water. I hope this information is helpful! It is a Refrigerator Freezer, Side by Side. like that it has an air filter between the Refrigerator and the Freezer. It is smaller than I would like if it was my only unit.

Posted .Hey Miiskoe, thank you for choosing Frigidaire for your appliance needs. I understand that you are experiencing some concerns with your refrigerator. While your refrigerator is running use a mirror to check your damper. This will allow you to see if your damper door is open and if your evaporator fan is running. If your damper is open but your evaporator fan is not running you can try using a hair dryer on your damper door for about five to ten minutes to see if the door closes. If there is still freezing, I would recommend having an authorized service provider out. If your damper door is closed, check to see if you can feel cold air coming in from your freezer section. If yes, the damper seal may need to be replaced. If no, the control system may be bad. Hope this helps!! -Kindly, Jennifer
