If anything goes wrong, don't expect to get any customer service. We have only had this fridge for six months. Three trays have broken, very flimsy. The ice maker clogs constantly. Very irritating. Now the ice maker has broken. Apparently, there is no warranty of any kind even within six months of purchase. NEVER BUY THIS FRIGIDAIRE!

So far I do not have a problem with the actual appliance just Best Buy. Best Buy delivered the refrigerator, left it in the middle of the kitchen never set it up or completed the install. They claimed the plumber coming the next day for the water line would do it. The plumber came said this is out of his scope and left. No waterline no install no action after countless calls to customer care, it was left for 3 weeks, I had to call a plumber myself to install! This was at my 80 year old mothers house! I will never buy an appliance from Best Buy AGAIN! EVER!

I knew I had to get a new fridge. I shopped/researched/ConsumerReports for about 5 months. I bought this over the 4th of July holiday - what a great deal! The saleswoman - Kathy, at Best Buy was excellent. I would go back to this store (Signal Hill) in a second just to have her help me w/another purchase. The fridge is solid. It has room, it has LED lighting, it has a water/ice cube/crush dispenser in the door. It has a chill drawer. That is my fav and where i put the beer! DOWNSIDE: THE DELIVERY --my gosh it was the worst experience in my life to date -- they sucked. But this review is not asking about that - it's asking about the fridge, that's why I gave the 5 stars. But you need to understand that if you are paying for delivery (Signal Hill CA), well, it sucks. That's all I can say.

We bought a frigidaire refrigator from best buy in Aug. 2015. The ice maker keeps jamming and we have called Frigidaire 3 times. Have had service men come out 2 times with the 3rd coming out in a week. They are not fixing it and Best Buy refuses to take it back. Obviously, the will not back the appliances they sell. I will never buy another appliance from Best Buy nor will I ever buy another Frigidaire.

I bought this model on August 24, 2013, and BestBuy delivered to me sometime in September 2013. Just past 1 year, the electronic water dispenser was out of control. The water keeps flowing out from water dispenser. The floor of my kitchen was soaked by water in one hour. There is no way I can stop it except turning power off or cutting off the water supply. I called the customer service for help. The representative said, "I am sorry, the warranty is just expired (only a couple weeks). We may send you a technician to fix it. Please pay $75 in advance for sending a technician. The other fees or costs for repair depends on technician's diagnoses." I told her the problem was not unusual because through internet I found some people report the same issue. She did not explain why the quality was so poor and the horrible problem happened just 1 year after I bought. She also could not tell me the estimated costs besides $75. DO NOT BUY this product if you don't want to take the risk for soaking your floor.

We ordered this Fridge in a suite on October 19, and when it arrived on November 7th we were blown away by it's beauty and functionality. It has absolutely transformed the look of our kitchen completely.

I like the looks of this refrigerator and the price but the ice dispenser is a big problem. The ice is constantly jamming and when you open the freezer to unjam it, ice goes everywhere! We pick up more ice on the floor now than we did on our old model. I would think the designers could have fixed that problem by now instead it is worse! I won't be purchasing another Frigidaire, that's for sure!

My door handle was loose after a couple of months than it broke off. After The warranty dept approved the repair the repair man came back and said they denied him from repairing it they told him it was not covered because the handle was a cosmetic item and not covered. After fighting with them for an hour on the phone I got it approved but then they didn't want to send a repair man so I had to do it myself.

We got this item as an open box. Great refrigerator for us. Only issues I had was that Best Buy definitely didn't clean it before reselling it & we didn't see until it was delivered. No big deal; I just would think they would get the onion skin out of the drawers, (lol), and wipe off the food particles from the shelves. One other issue we have had is the wire basket from the freezer doesn't fit in its slot. Definitely too small. Not sure if it was meant for another refrigerator or what. Other than that, no real complaints.

STAY AWAY... Three service calls and the ice maker bin/ bucket/ ice crushed is still bending blades on the ice cubes. At first he replaced the drive motor and the front panel controller and gave up. I started looking at it and noticed that the blades were so loose and weak that the cubes were binding and bending the blades. Three bins/ buckets later from fridgidare and still doing it.I asked Fridgidare to replace the unit with a different model that doesn't have this design flaw and they have refused, so far so we are left with a lemon. It also makes all the terrible noises that are well known. It freezes things on the fridge side to. STAY AWAY...

One day after about 9 months the temp on my Fridge was showing 56 deg and the freezer was at -18. So i let it go for another day and during that time both fluctauted up and down. So i called Best Buy and they set up to send some guys from Geek Squad. They come and i tell them whats wrong, the guy then calls an office to have someone lead him through what to do. As soon as i heard that i knew i was in trouble. Why you would send someone to fix a fridge who has to call someone else to lead them through it is beyond me. I knew i was in for trouble. Anyway, after he explains to the person on the phone what he's looking at they come to the conclusion that the problem is a sensor and that will take at least 6 days to get in stock. So now i have to basically go a week w/out a properly functioning fridge. They come back a week later and actually take something apart (which they didnt really do the 1st time) and realize that the cooling coils are frozen in a block of ice. So the guy says, that must have been you're problem. Me knowing nothing about refrigerators thinks "ok, that makes sense i guess". They proceed to melt the block of ice off the coils and why he's doing that i ask "what would cause that, it doesnt seem right" He respondes "honestly i can't tell you". Which is not a great answer considering this frrige is less than 10 months old. So they pack up and leave and the temp on the frige stabilizes to the way it was when it was working. Well that lasted about 2 days and i noticed that frost was building again in the freezer. Then the 3rd day the temp was out of wack again. So basically i'm back to the same problem!! This time i'm calling the manufacturer and not "geek squad" because they have no clue! I would have been better off calling and having someone lead me through how to fix it instead of waiting for someone else in a geek squad shirt to do the same thing. Thank god i didnt extend a geek squad warrenty because they are clueless! They need to have people who specialize in specific appliances, dont send me a guy who just went to someones house to fix a computer to fix my frige!

2017 we bought FRIGIDAIRE, Gallery 26-cu ft Side-by-Side Refrigerator, Model #: FGHS2631PF. It is noisy and has several problems that frequently make the ice maker/thru the door dispenser useless. The water outlet located inside the freezer (dispenses water into the ice cube maker trays) is noisy and frequently clogs up with hard water deposits. When this happens, the water stream becomes smaller and the water comes out under pressure, and the water sprays outside of the ice cube trays and runs into other areas in the freezer and freezes there, causing icycles to form that ultimately partially block the fan that circulates air inside the freezer--which is noisy, but can also result in breakage that is NOT covered by warranty ( no one mentioned this) and can stop the fan. The final effect is NO COOLING in the freezer, and a temperature rise that can result in the loss of frozen foods. We have been told to just defrost the freezer to prevent that (and it has become necessary to do this frequently) on a "FROST FREE" refrigerator???????? It's just junk, and the design does not work as advertised--it's NOT "frost free". The ice cubes do not always break apart, and when there are two or more held together by an ice bridge from an over fill of the ice cube tray, they frequently block the ice dispenser outlet on the door--and it then becomes necessary to quickly open the door and clear that blockage, or else the dispenser will simply continue to dispense ice into the chute inside the freezer and ice cubes will end up everywhere inside the freezer sectiion--except in your glass--?????? The function of ice thru the door was supposed to be a convenience--IT"S NOT on this one. We have had their techs out here twice--they replaced parts--the same problems came back a few months later--I am NOT a happy and satisfied customer--

I got this as a 2nd fridge and it is OK for that purpose. I am not fond of the lighting when you open the doors. It is sort of loud. It would not be my first choice as a primary fridge but good in the garage as a second choice.

I'm not crazy about this refrigerator. It does what its suppose to do for the most part. The icemaker gets clogged up so we usually use the crushed ice. Also this is the NOISEIST REFRIGERATOR EVER! It makes all sorts of gurgles and growls.

I never write reviews but feel compelled to warn you! I bought this fridge to replace an existing unit 10+ years of age (still working) to have a nicer looking machine. That's about all it was - nicer looking. We had the screen replaced 3 times before the manufacturer agreed to replace the entire unit. The first time it took almost two weeks to receive the part. Doesn't sound that bad unless your fridge won't work without it! We had a family of 4 living out of ice chests for almost two weeks. It was ridiculous to have to deal with for a unit less than 60 days old. I knew we had made a mistake on the purchase when the screen was on backorder. That is never a good sign. If you have this unit and your screen goes out a few years from now...good luck. Save yourself the heartache and buy something else...perhaps without a computer on the front but for sure a different unit. I'm going back to simple proven technology and getting away from a touch screen. The only positive I can say is that my contact at the manufacturer was extremely professional and always called me back. Unfortunately, we have spoken way too much in the last month as each new screen continued to fail.

Beware..water dispenser is NOt CHILLED. Bottom tray is useless. water will accumulate, spill and run all over,down the door and on the floor.

This refrigerator is the worst. I'd give it zero stars if I could. I wish we could have our money back. We've had it a year and had the ice maker worked on once and replaced another time. We've had the door hinges replaced once already. Loud noises: hums, makes loud popping sounds, grinds, whines, moans. Ice dispenser is unbelievable. Either makes too much ice or not enough. Shoots ice all over the place when dispensing. Water dispenser splatters water on the floor. Switches from cubes to crush on its own. Go figure. Drops a few cubes of ice out of the dispenser when you are not even near the fridge. When you open the refrigerator side door, it makes a loud grinding pop on the bottom hinge. So far, after one year, it does keep the food cold. That's the only good thing we can say about it.

All systems go.Only thing is that the ice crusher is LOUD! Gets the mrs. dirty looks during ballganes

We have had a dishwasher and refrigerator for 3 years. The lights constantly go out and the ice maker in the bottom freezer constantly stops working. The ice maker in the door will get jammed and when you free it, tons of ice dumpes all over the floor. We have to call for repairs every 3-6 months on the fridge. The tracks on the dishwasher racks fall off, it doesn't get the dishes clean, and the dishwasher tabs never completely dissolve. We are extremely unhappy with their appliances. We will never buy from them again and definitely won't recommend either!!!
