    Love this fridge! Operates very well and the lighting inside is fantastic. The fit and finish was not nearly as good as our previous Samsung, however, and we were rather disappointed with the freezer drawer alignment which works but is far from being correct. As far as functionality goes, we are very happy!

    Stopped Cooling twice in first 3 years

    I bought this refrigerator in 2018 and it has stopped cooling twice. In March 2020 the freezer stopped cooling but magically started working after a day (thankfully diagnostic tech waived his fee when he saw the fridge start working again). Fast Forward to May 2021 and the refrigerator and freezer stopped working again. Now LG is sending out a tech to see if it will cover the repair and they are out a full week. If you want to worry about waking up to spoiled food this is the fridge for you....

    Terrible refrigerator, terrible customer service

    I've had this fridge for a little over 2 years, and it has been serviced around 10 times. It's terrible. I've lost hundreds of dollars of food because the freezer keeps breaking, they had to put a new motor in the ice maker, and the ice maker constantly drips. I've went to Best Buy multiple times to get it junked out for a new one, and their customer service has been as bad as this refrigerator. It looks great, but it's a lemon! If I could give it less than one star, I would.

    We bought a house with 4 brand spanking new Frigidaire appliances. Guess how many of them broke within the first year? Two. Do yourself a favor and go with a reliable brand.

    Terrible product - costly repairs!

    Bought this fridge 5 years ago. Loved the look of it and the space it provided to keep everything organized in the fridge. Unfortunately, one month after the extended 3 year warranty expired the motherboard stopped working and had to be replaced, at a cost of $500+. The repairman said that he had it readily available on his truck because that's the first thing that spoils on this Frigidaire model. Eight months later the fan in the freezer stopped working and had to be replaced at a cost of $380+. Six months ago we had to have the repairman out again to replaced what he showed us was a burnt switch at a cost of $150+. This week the fridge once again stopped working. This time we packed all the items that could spoil and went out and bought a replacement fridge and dumped this expensive piece of junk. I had been a faithful Frigidaire customer for all our kitchen appliances. After this terrible and expensive experience I will avoid all its products. Shame on Frigidaire for producing such a low quality, expensive product.

    I bought this four years ago and recently found out that it has a manufacturers defect (that the company knows about) that causes ice to form on outside of fridge. This has caused the fridge to rust and also leak water onto the floor damaging my hardwood. I have contacted frigidaire and they offered me a 20% on the purchase of my next frigidaire. Total waste.

      Hi, Mexxi! This model was first produced in 2017; it is likely not the same model you purchased four years ago. Please check the model number listed on the sticker inside your refrigerator so you can post your review on the correct page!     Frigidaire don't honor warranty

    Would not purchase from Frigidaire. The water filter housing is leaking. Less than a year old. Frigidaire will not take calls or respond to emails. No way to get this serviced under my warranty. I've been trying to get them on the phone for a week.

    Garbage product from garbage company.

    This is the worst refrigerator I have ever had. It completely broke after exactly one year and it has taken them a week to send out a tech, now they are no call no show. Garbage fridge from garbage company. I called the company and they did not offer any solutions just apologizes.
