I have really enjoyed the product, the only flaw is the ice maker. Worked great for 9 months now it is not working at all. Advise to get the extended warranty.

Nothing but problems with this fridge. For the 5th time the ice maker has stopped working and of course fridgidaire will do nothing to help with the issue. The space on this inside is great, but you will never have ice.

I purchased this refrigerator in July 2014 and hate it. The icemaker dispenses ice at turtle speed , and sometimes not at all. The crushed ice is a joke... It takes on average 3-5 minutes to fill an 8 ounce glass with ice. It's loud and squeals when trying to get ice to dispense we give up and just open the door to get to the tray. I have now read many reviews on this model and this seems to be a problem with almost every review I have read. Here lately it has been freezing the items in the back of my cool drawer. Not happy with this product at all. As soon as I am able I will be replacing this unit with something different.

We bought the whole line of Frigidaire Gallery products (fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher and microwave). Just 3 short years into their lifespan we deeply regret it. The ice maker can't keep up with more than 3 people. The freezer line stopped up and would dump water on the floor. The stove wouldn't heat. Three repair visits so far this year and Frigidaire "can't" do anything because there's only a one year warranty. I would not recommend this company's products and we'll be replacing these asap

The refrigerator is great, the ice maker in the door is a constant trouble. Have had it worked on 4 times, in 1 year of service. Makes ice for about 2 weeks, then freezes up, Have to take the ice all out, shut off the icemaker, and wait about a week for it to thaw out. This is a very common problem since 2006, and the still continue to make it. The repairman said I give up. Deal with the manufacturer

We bought this fridge to match the other Gallery appliances we have in our kitchen. Do not buy this fridge. We have had multiple ice maker and water line issues. The design is such that everything freezes constantly. We have also had freezer door gasket issues. The door won't deal properly and caused the freezer to ice over. The geek squad repair man calls our fridge his "nemisis". He also said he sees this fridge model a LOT for the same issues we have.

Nothing fancy, solid refrigerator, no issues. I would purchase a Frigidaire again.

I bought this over a year ago and have issues with the ice maker every since. The repair man has come to my house over 5 times and 3 times within the past 2 months. The Electrolux repair man has stated that all of these models have issues with the ice maker and to turn off/on the circuit breaker whenever it goes out. My husband has taken off work a total of 3 times in the last 2 months and the repair guy is set to come again next week. Frigidaire has told me that they will continue to try and replace the parts and I am not eligible for a replacement until they can no longer replace the parts. I am a very upset customer and will look for a more reliable brand. Customer service in ensuring that you customer is satisfied is horrible. I have spent more money in purchasing ice and missed time off work that is acceptable for a product that cost thousands of dollars. I have even extended the warranty and totally dissatisfied. Everyone apologizes but does not remedy the issue.

We purchased this fridge with Best Buy's yellow tag sale. We saved well over $700 from the original price. The fridge has so much room in it. The LED lights are very bright and there are so many so that no matter how much you have in it, it will not block out the light. The touch screen display is so easy to use and very easy to change the settings. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new high end fridge.

Very pleased with my new fridge since April 2016. Runs quiet, makes crushed ice and looks so great. Lots of room too! Great price for the large size. We upgraded, replaced from 22 years old Frigidaire 26 cf (it was still in good operation without any problems at the time of donation). So very happy with (both) purchases – old and new :)

We bought this for our new house and it worked well for the first 10 months. It stopped making ice and the display screen went out. Luckily it was covered under warranty. The ice maker had a build up of ice on the fan causing it to not make ice. Since that repair we have had someone out 3 more times to fix the ice maker. It was making ice but it was ridiculously loud most of the time. There is a flaw that the ice maker fan gets a build up of ice on it causing it to be loud. Totals to 5 repairs: New control panel and ice maker fan, added insulation around the ice maker, replaced ice auger, call to defrost it, and last one they replaced all the ice maker components...still loud. Currently working with BBB to get my money back on the fridge and Frigidaire customer service is a pain to work with. Do not buy

I bought my Frigidaire refrigerator a little over 4 years ago. The first 4 years went fine, after that the front computer board went out, then the water started freezing up so the ice & water dispensers didn't work. Then it leaked on the floor (just a little). After the water lines started freezing up, the Frigidaire did sent a foam pad to put on the back of the refrigerator, they admit that it is a manufacture defect. Well, that worked for about 1 week and it froze up again. Frigidaire says the refrigerator is out of warranty and it is. But, it is caused by a manufacture defect so they should stand behind it, BUT THEY DON'T. DON'T waste your money on this refrigerator, it won't last.

I purchased this unit along with the Gallery Stove, Microwave in Nov 2013. Thank goodness I purchased extended contract . The Geek Squad has been out here every month for one thing and another. I am on the 4th icemaker and they will be coming out this next week to replace again, besides other problems with it. As one of the Geek Squad commented my history looks like a rap sheet a mile long. I will never purchase another Frigidaire product. The microwave I purchased at the same time as gone out again and this time the warranty is expired to will be replaced . I can purchase a new one for the cost of a service call. Terrible product in my experience and would never recommend to anyone.

It only lasted 7 years and the compessor went bad. It was a good size and i really liked it but didn't last.

I've owned this fridge for 9 months. This was my first new fridge so you can imagine my excitement to buy it along with the range, microwave and dishwasher. It looks beautiful and I love the gradual lighting when the doors are opened. However, there is one MAJOR problem, the ice maker! Not only is it noisy but it doesn't work all the time. It stopped working a couple of days ago and I reset it according to the owner's manual, still not working. If you have a family that enjoys the ice dispenser you should not purchase this fridge because it is extremely unreliable.

Ice maker gets jammed up after months and you have to defrost.

this is the second time I am ordering the ENTIRE GALLERY SERIES for my kitchen as I LOVED them the first time around! unfortunately so did the people who bought our last house... I've been dying for 4 months to replace the appliances in my new kitchen (wanted to have the new flooring installed first) can't say enough about how much I love the fridge and stove. I love to cook so quality appliances are a must have for me. excited to try the dishwasher and microwave this go around. you won't be disappointed:)

I always wanted stainless steel appliances. I was so excited when I finally got them all fridgidaire. Right after the one year warranty, the ice maker stopped making ice, makes a horrible noise, and freezes up. Called a repairman and he said you are better off getting a new one because this ice maker cannot be fixed. Now my dishwasher quit too. All within 3 years of purchase. I WILL NEVER BUY FRIDGIDAIRE AGAIN!!

Could not beat the deal! I recieved 25 percent off the already discounted price. Pays to be patient. Love the fridge. Delivery guys were Awesome!

This is a pretty good fride. The filters went out pretty fast though. And are not cheap to replace. But, overall, it's a pretty good refridgerator.
