I had called Best Buy after a month of owning the Frigidaire Stainless Steel but they said I have to call Best Buy locally or I can't connect to anyone! Sad - that Pacific Sales said they can't do anything because I did not buy for protection. But how could a stainless steel rust so much???? It's been 2 years only but it's so rusty!

As a fridge, its fine. But unless you like ice and water on your floor, don't waste your time on this. Terrible ice dispenser. Poorly designed, it gets clogged even if you follow troubleshooting instructions. Ice can come flying out, everywhere but in your glass. It can suddenly stop making ice. And Frigidaire is completely unresponsive to customer inquiries.

I bought this refrigerator about 2 years ago and about 6 months after my purchase there was a loud humming noise. I later found out it was the ice maker, which eventually stopped working. Did not waste my money on numerous repairs just bought another refrigerator, needless to say it was NOT Frigidare.

Had it for 8 months and the fridge stops working and the freezer is fine. Codes flash on the LED screen saying the evaporator fan is not working. I call for repair and it is 2 weeks out and then they cancel and I have to reschedule. So 2 more weeks go by and then the part doesn't come in. NIGTHMARE!!!! They sent a $25 gift card to cover the food..what a joke.

I've had this refrigerator for a while now. It's the worst refrigerator I've ever owned in my life. My icemaker freezes up makes a loud noise in the ice melts. I've had several repair visit out to my house for the same issue no one is able to fix it for longer than a month. I've contacted Frigidaire several times they offered to give me a 20% discount on another Frigidaire refrigerator. No help from Best Buy this is the worst buying experience I've ever had.

This was listed as an "open box excellent" refrigerator. When I went to install the refrigerator I found that the freezer drawer only opened half way and when I checked with Frigidaire was informed that this was a used refrigerator with expired warranty that was over a year old and had already had compressor and ice maker issues. I'm very disappointed in Best Buy's description of this refrigerator. Returned for a full refund.

I BOUGHT THIS FRIDGE 21 MONTHS AGO AND ALL THE REVEIWS WERE GOOD NOW WE ARE STARTING TO HAVE ICE MAKER PROBLEMS AND EVERY REVEIW I READ NOW PERTAINS TO THE ICE MAKER PROBLEMS WHERE WERE THEY 21 MONTHS AGO, THERE IS A GUY ON YOU TUBE THAT EXPLAINS HOW TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AND A STEP BY STEP PROCESS OF HOW TO DO IT YOURSELF, BUT SHOUDNT FRIDGEDAIRE BE THE ONES TO DO THIS? I WILL RATTLE THER CAGE.;

Horrible product buyer beware. $2000 for fridge, $1000 in repairs in 4 years. Google Ice maker class action lawsuit & Frigidaire. Had to purchase new (different brand) after 4 years due to the high repair bills and repeated issues. For the record I did not purchase from best buy.

Do not purchase this fridge. Very loud running fridge along with very loud Ice maker. This is our 3rd fridge and it's still loud but ice maker now works. Deliver guys damaged wood trim when bringing into house. Very bad delivery company and a very Bad return policy. Do not buy this fridge.
