    Delivery was good but the plastic wrap never comes off. Tiny bits of plastic from the shrink wrap in every crack and seam of the unit. Looks terrible. The latch for between the two doors has already broken and must be manually flipped and close door on left first and then the right. The shelf insert on the right hand door doesn’t fit (the mold is warped) and the doors side by side doors are slightly misaligned. Emailed and attempted contact to get it repaired without success. Just gave up. Worst $2000 I’ve spent and shocked by the high reviews to have so many issues in the first year.

    Replacing a 15 yr old LG with this. Its nice. Space is well thought out and roomy. No complaints thus far.

    This i it has not worked sinece fay one bought over 6 months ago frigidair will not replace the unit only try to jabe it fixed every two weeks I’ve contacted them several times about the issue freezing everything to the point the waterline freezing and then the only thing i can use on it is no longer usable frigidair customer service is the worst i would not recomend this unit or the trouble ive gone throught to anyone and by the way just had a tech out yesterdayand still doing the same thing only gave one star because i had to

    The fridge is 3 weeks old and doesn’t work

    The freezer is getting too hot. We purchased a warranty luckily and we called Best Buy and they said they couldn’t help us and we have to contact the manufacturer.
