Previously, we bought a Frigidaire 36” gas cooktop from Lorenzo and was very happy with him! So, when we needed a new refrigerator, we went back to Sugarland’s Best Buy LORENZO! Again, he impressed us with his knowledge and people skills! He’s not pushy and over aggressive like many others we have seen. Lorenzo showed us the unit, described the refrigerator and its warranties, answered all our questions, and let us decide! Lorenzo is great asset to the Sugarland Best Buy! We will continue to return to that store to shop for our needs as long as Lorenzo is there!!!

Produced ice quickly. Within 24 hours we have a full rack of ice. I feel like the Ideal temperature was achieved quickly and freezer was working great. But it’s a new purchase. It might still be too early to say if it’s durable and reliable. We are hoping it is.

The flex space is the main reason I purchased the refrigerator. It is fantastic! If I need more freezer space, I just turn down the temperature! Love the ice and water in door also. Very happy with purchase!

BUT, the 3 attempts to get the $6000 of products I purchased was a nightmare! Thanks for letting me take off 3 days of work to wait for a damaged product and for letting me and my family go without a refrigerator for 3 weeks in my brand new home. This 25 year customer and Veteran warns all others of the terrible service!

I couldn’t, in good conscience, buy one just because I liked the style, but when my old one started to die I jumped at this one!

The organization and flexibility are great. We also like how the middle drawer has such a range of temperature controls. The product itself is great except the freezer doesn't open smoothly. This might have to do with the poor delivery service. They acted like setting it up was doing us a favor. It was a third party contractor.

The flex drawer comes with a few pre-set temperature options but i wish it was fully custom where you could choose any temperature, just like how the fridge and freezer is.
