I've used special ceramic stovetop cleaner but it doesn't seem to help. The oven occasionally emits a weird plastic smell.

Be sure to keep in mind that cookware (cast iron, metal, ceramic, or glass) with rough bottoms can mark or scratch the cooktop surface. Coarse particles such as salt or hardened soils between cooktop and utensils can cause scratches. Be sure the cooktop surface and bottoms of utensils are clean before use. The stove top has bubbles in it, but I have yet to use the top part of the stove. I will add an update to this post after using the replacement

Gallery Range
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased the Frigidaire Gallery range from Best Buy to match out Gallery refrigerator and Gallery dishwasher. We were planning to purchase the Gallery over the range microwave also. After following all of the instructions to the letter and using the recommended cook ware, the first time we used the stove top the glass appeared to have a stain that could not be removed with the recommended cleaner. After only a week out of the box the stove top looks scratched and stained. This is our third new glass top range and the Gallery glass top is really a disappointment.

Your feedback will help us understand our strengths and identify areas for improvement. For the cooktop, I would apply a few drops of the cooktop cleaning crème directly to the cooktop. Use a paper towel or a 3M Scotch-Brite Blue Multi-Purpose No Scratch Scrub Sponge to clean the entire cooktop surface. Make sure not to leave any residue.~Jennifer

Posted .Hey Customer, thank you for sharing your review with us. When the oven is on, warm air passes through these vents. This venting is necessary for proper air circulation in the oven and good baking results. While the oven is in operation, it is normal for steam or moisture to appear near the vent. Hope this helps!

Went into kitchen and found the outer glass from oven door had exploded throwing glass pieces about 7 ft across the room. The oven was not on, had not neen used in 2 days.Called 800 #. Gave all info to rep. Didn't have receipt at the time. Rep said based on the serial # the purchase date was 4/15 /17. Oven exploded 4/15 /18, the day the warranty expired. Looking to get a copy from Best Buy. This happens more than you would think. Google it.
