However, a month after delivery, I had the light on inside the oven and noticed fingerprint smears and some kind of spots on the inside of the glass on the oven door. This is inside the door, where it cannot be cleaned. Very disappoilnted. I spent 20 minutes on the phone on hold with Frigidaire. The woman took my info: model # serial # and put me on hold to verify them. I then got disconnected and when I tried to call back, received a message that the staff was in training and to call back later and hung up on me. I am going to have to find another time when I can call them and have time to spend 30-45 minutes on the phone again. The range seems to work fine, although I have not tried the convection oven. My recommendation would be to not only look for dents and scratches when you have it delivered, but turn on the oven light and then look through the window and check out the glass window.

I'm using the glass cooktop cleaner and still have a few areas with marks after only 2 weeks. I previously had a magnetic induction cooktop and it was flawless after 28 years.

I like the convection part of the oven. the only thing I am not a fan of is the bottom storage drawer. I is a little shallow. I have always keep my fry pans down there and it is a little skimpy for storage area, for me anyways.
