The glass top doesn't "hide" messes well and smears whenever you clean it. Invest in lots of glass too cleaner. The bottom drawer is completely junk and flimsy. I know there's a learning curve if you've never had a convection oven but practically everything we've baked so far has burnt, even if we turn down the temp. Wish my old oven still worked. Even broken it still worked better than this new one.

Starting out we found it to be 35 degrees higher than the setting (@400 degree setting the actual temp was 435). Have followed the directions for calibrating the temperature. Now it is 375 when set at 400. We set it to 425 thinking it would go to 400 and it went to 450. In fairness, we haven't called for service yet, but will.

Initially 3 exchanges were required due to bottom drawer issues - we dealt with it. At 4:30 this morning I woke up to shattered glass all over my kitchen floor. I have a 4 year old, a 16 year old, a wife and 2 dogs - any one of us could have been hurt. This problem is ridiculous and inherent in the glass so Frigidare is at fault. So is Best Buy for knowingly selling products that can explode and hurt someone. The clean up was well over 3 hours because I had to remove the door. Very upset and refuse to do business with companies that sell product knowing it can cause harm.
