It's been a nightmare to use due to its inability to maintain oven temperature. The burners on top occasionally won't light. If I'm not careful, I will smell gas before realizing it.

Probably wouldn’t buy it again if I had hadn’t already done so. When the oven gets up to temperature and the flame shuts off, sounds like a car backfiring at times.

This review is about BestBuy's customer service. I purposely bought from BB because of the Cust. Service and Warranty. Due to issues from original order/delivery, I spent literally 12 hours over several days trying to resolve. I only kept everything due to Holidays...I could have bought it $200 cheaper at big box store but stayed with BB...What a waste of time and money...go somewhere else if you can find it cheaper....BB is not the same anymore.
