    Love this so far, haven't used every feature yet, but the oven preheats super fast, and the stove works well.

    Died within 3 months, no support from manufacturer

    After 3 months the touch screen stop working. Because it has no other way to control the oven, we can’t use it. Tried calling Frigidaire for support and their service number just gives me local appliance repair shops to call. Definitely not what I was electing after spending $1300 on an oven.

    ONGOING PROBLEMS WITH THERMOSTAT

    Lousy stove, ongoing problems with thermostat, OVEN DOESN'T HEAT TO DESIRED TEMPERATURE

      Temperature inconsistencies are often related to the oven sensor, thermostat calibration, or control board, which can be addressed by a certified technician. We recommend scheduling a service visit through Frigidaire Customer Care to inspect and calibrate the oven to ensure it performs according to specifications.

    The door broke after 12 months and even though I am a Best Buy Total member.

    Best Buy Customer Service needs work

    The range is great, would be a 5 star range however upon purchase i paid for an LP conversion installation. Best buy didnt have the parts, frigidaire didnt have the parts, nor did the installer have the parts. Best buy scheduled an install for me 5 different times without having parts. I had to go out of my way find the parts, order them and reach out to the installer themselves to get my range installed. It took over a month from date of purchase.

    I keep getting a request for a review. I can’t give one because this range was never installed due to unforeseen circumstances. Installers stated they could not install the range in my kitchen because of the way my previous stove was installed.

    Arrived damaged in 2 places

    The stove arrived with the sides slightly caved in, presumably from delivery. Unfortunately i did not notice this until i was installing the stove. Once it was installed i noticed that the inside of the door was bent inwards, exposing the fiber glass insulation. I tried to do an online exchange but the agent said that best buy did not charge me taxes when i placed the order so now i have to drive to the bearest best buy 45 minutes away. Terrible service and terrible product.

    I went from a stand alone range to this Frigidaire Gallery slide in. It’s truly beautiful and has all the bells and whistles yet so Easy to use. If you are looking for a top quality stove this is it!!!

    Best gas range ever!

    You cannot go wrong in the kitchen with this stove unless you can't cook. I love the knobs and the control board in the front. Unfortunately, I currently have a gas stove with a control board in the back. It gets very hot because of where the vent is located. I have to use an oven mitt to touch the control or burn my fingers. It's easy to use and perfect in every way. And easy to clean.

    Seems to be working good. It has many functions. I would have liked a cover for the stove griddle, and I wish the storage drawer was deeper but I know that went into the oversized oven.
