    Loud with poor Phone Connectivity

    Unit is very loud. Putting fan on Low speed, does not change speed or loudness hardly at all. They tried to be cute and allow Wifi remote access/connectivity like a real tech company but it is over their head and it is very poorly implemented with terrible customer service for tech support. Don't recommend this unit.

    Best Buy is not your friend

    The unit seemed nice, except upon removal it had clearly been an open box/removed previously. The plastics on the dehumidifier were all cracked. Noticed it was actually shipped to me from the Best Buy return center!!! What a waist on my time for a unit they had clearly already had returned to them once before. My one star review is for Best Buy, not for the unit itself. Enjoy your second return on this Best Buy, I'm sure shipping is substantial on a 49lb box From NH to Kentucky.

    Ordered open box and it was DOA. Do not buy open box items. This is going to be painfull.
