I keep a mobile DJ setup packed in my detached garage where it gets very humid in the warmer months (East St Louis area). I like to keep this set at 70% humidity so its not always running. I just got an alert in the Frigidaire app that my water tank was full so I switched to a drain hose. Now I'll probably drop it down to 60% to keep it a little less humid and not have to worry about emptying the water tank so often.

I bought the unit for a basement. Buy filters when you purchase unit, after around ten days the light came on. Be prepared to empty several times a day! I have a schedule morning, afternoon, evening. I could pay someone to attach a drain hose to eliminate this added chore! When I’m away from home I turn to a higher setting or unplug the unit, depending on length of time I’m gone. Not sure how safe it is to let it run for hours unattended ?

Works great, WiFi set-up is easy. Relatively low noise level, seems to be functioning well.

Set up this dehumidifier and have been using it ever since. It works very well with removing the excess moisture from our home. Would be nice if I was able to figure a way that it would automatically empty without having hose running through out my home into a drain, but will have to live with that now and empty it as needed, (2-3 times a day on average). Made a big difference with our living comfort and keeping us safe from mold and mildew growth/build up.

Got this as an open box item as it was brand new out the box, it has WiFi capabilities but when I try to connect it to my WiFi it continues to say unsecured network, but I still like this product it comes from a reputable manufacturer, so I’m happy, I have it set on a timer to kick off when my house reaches 50% humidity level.

Have one in the basement but found I needed one in the garden. This works great there.

Use this for day or two and check your bucket. You will surprise how much water it sucks

Purchased this product in order to illuminate moisture in the air and to help our swamp cooler perform more efficiently. Unfortunately while it did remove a lot of moisture from the air unit also blew out a lot of hot air and so while the air was dry it was hot. So I feel that the unit performed as it should have it just wasn’t what we expected. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to remove moisture from the air and not concerned about the heat that unit puts out .

Works great, have it set for continuous operation and seems to pull a lot of the humidity out of the space.

I really like this dehumidifier! It has been working very well. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the water bucket is hard to get in the correct position. A red light blinks indicating the bucket needs dumped and the unit will not work until the bucket is in the precise position. It can be tricky to get it in the that precise position. Other than that, I really love this dehumidifier!

Machine pulls plenty of water. Leave it running all night and it pulls its full capacity. Incredible, ended up connecting a hose to the AC drain pipe so it can run longer without having to empty our tank, which handles almost 9 gallons. Does it job very well. I have been able to verify that the humidity indeed has been lowered thanks to this dehumidifier. App though needs much work, especially getting it on WiFi.

Cleared out the damp air and carpet in 48 hours and only had to empty once every day. Well worth it!

Great unit! I love the app to notify and control the unit(s). I have purchased 3 of them so far and will be buying probably 2 more (between work and home). The unit is quiet, pleasant looking, and simple. I had considered a dehumidifier with a pump... but as I quickly learned, the pump tends to leak back if the distance and height is too far/high. I have very humid areas that require constant on, and so far they have not missed a beat.

Works great! Removes excess humidity quickly. It is louder than I like especially since it's used in main living area but I would recommend it

Had that ‘musty’ smell in the basement and set up the new unit. It filled the tank in about 1.5 hours...went down later to check and the smell was gone from the basement and the second bucket was just about ready. Have set humidity level to desired level and have no smells or issues in basement. Need to dump bucket every other day or so.

This product does what it’s meant to do and a little more. Wish there was a way to drain excess water automatically with hose.
