I can monitor the house from anywhere in the world and turn the unit off and on. An email is sent one the water level has reach it max. Which prevent the unit and just keep flooding you floors. Con: Something the app sign you out and won’t connect due to issues I quest with there servers.

It is still working but getting old. Best Buy has been a staple for me to look for electronics and appliances since the late 90's. Thanks for the fine service. By the way, I just bought a Samsung 65 inch tv just three days ago at the same store.

It was great at first, now having minor issues.

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I first bought it, when the humidity reached the preset level, the dehumidifier would turn off, then the fan would turn off a few seconds later. Then after a couple of weeks, the fan stays running no matter what. I was told that it’s normal so it knows what the humidity level is, but that’s covering up for a defective product. Why did it work differently at first? When I turn it off, I still see what the humidity level is, even without the fan running. I don’t want the fan running all of the time, so I have to monitor it now, which is kind of defeating the purpose of having a preset level and automatic operation. The light for the fan speed also now looks like the high indicator is lit, even when it’s on low. The dehumidifier still gets the water out of the air, and WiFi works great on it, but everything else is pretty much useless.

Posted .Hi, TimT! Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand your concerns! During normal operations, the compressor and fan will run as needed in order to remove moisture from the room. The fan will continue to cycle occasionally in order to test the humidity in the room. If the fan is running continuously, the dehumidifier may be set on a very low humidity setting (or in Continuous Mode). Try unplugging the dehumidifier for a minute or two and starting it back up so it will restore to default settings. You may also wish to check if any schedules or timers are set on the app! To clear the schedule, be sure to press the Schedule Off switch before pressing "clear".
