Very nice looking, easy to use. Would definitely recommend. I previously had the Electrolux microwave which is identical to the Frigidaire but less expensive. If you don't need a temperature probe and convection oven in your microwave Frigidaire is the one for you,

Nice. Would like to see more of the preset options for reheat options. But it’s nice, quiet and heats very well. We bought the matching slide in stove. Both are great.

The microwave function is great, no complaints. BUT, the exhaust fan is pointless. Do not expect the fan to divert any of the steam or smoke from cooking. It all just rolls tight up the front of the microwave. It blows hard at the outlet, but there is no perceptible intake draft. Its so bad that I took the unit back down and traced through the air path to make sure there were no obstructions and that the fan is in the correct position. I went through the installation instructions and didn’t identify any issue with the install.

After much research, I chose this model microwave, and I couldn't be happier! First of all, it is absolutely stunning so even looking at it is a pleasure. Ease of use is fantastic. The controls being at the bottom is so convenient. And I love how clearly lit the controls are. The lighting under the microwave that illuminates the cooktop is LED, so the cooktop is very well lit without the heat that halogen lights throw. Also, it's quiet; even the fan on high is not loud at all. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful, easy to use microwave.

Worked ok, basic microwave functions. Fan actually gets louder when reduced speeds? Biggest issue was it died after 2 years. Microwaves should last MUCH longer especially at this price point.

Overall, this is a great microwave. We purchased it to replace a 10-year-old Frigidaire over-the-range unit which had served us well. Because we were replacing a Frigidaire unit, installation was a breeze - the old mounting brackets and screws were the same. Installation took less than an hour because of this. The microwave is VERY quiet when it is running. It sounds almost like it's not actually heating up anything, but it is. The lights on the bottom of the unit which illuminate your stovetop are LED and VERY bright - even on the Low setting. The door is large and takes some getting used to, but it is large only because the keypad, which is normally on the right of the door handle, is on the door bottom on this unit. Not a big deal, but does take some getting used to. If I had any complaint, it would be that the clock is also VERY bright. It will illuminate the room at night, no problem. There is no way to dim the brightness of the clock, but you can turn it off completely if needed. We have gotten used to the brightness of the clock, so no big deal for us.

The Frigidaire Gallery Microwave I purchased from Best Buy is a dream come true. The microwave looks great, works even better, and the Best Buy installer was super helpful and knowledgeable.
