Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I spent over an hour between web and phone support. bestbuy sent me the wrong fridge I checked the model numbers. the door was dented in multiple spots I'm not the only one with door dents on the reviews. no help was given. i talked to over 5 different people. this is the first review I've ever made just don't want more people to get into this spot.

However, the packaging was fine, and should have protected the appliance during shipping. It did. However, there was a small dent on a part of the door protected by corner guards in the box, as well as a small scrape on the paint of one side. Clearly, those happened at the factory or someone re-boxed the product (the damage zones didn't match the box). The damage isn't really large enough to warrant going through the return process, Most likely, someone at the plant in China decided that they simply didn't care. Maybe, they don't make enough to care; maybe they aren't free enough to care. It's pretty common actually. I have an idea: maybe, let's stop buying things from people that don't care.

Once I returned the first one i went to order it again out of stock, now it is out of stock again I want this product hopefully in stock again it wont be damaged also hopefully i wi get the same price
