I ordered this item and it was the wrong size even though the information listed said it was the right one... I returned it and was told the 'subscription' was cancelled (of course)... NOT .. I received an email saying the next one would be sent and I could try to change the delivery date. I contacted Best Buy to try to finally cancel the item and no one could even find the subscription and it did not show up in my account. I was told it must be an error and nothing would be sent... a few days later I get an email saying it was being shipped!! I tried to cancel the item (on more time) but the site wouldn't let me. So I AGAIN contacted Best Buy and was told they could not cancel it at this point and I should just 'refuse' delivery - nice idea if anyone actually rang your door bell with the item but, of course, that doesn't happen and it either gets left at the front door or in the mailbox... I tried to explain that to customer service.... they said to just return to the store - which, since they closed a store that was not far from my house the alternative is far away! I'm so done with Best Buy... so sad what has happened to them.

After looking online, I was able to order in store and have them delivered to the store to save the shipping cost. I was also able to price match these. Good deal.

My only issue, at this point in time, is that the water purifier for this same refrigerator is sold in stores, but the air filter is not. I'm sure this will change with time.

An Obligated purchase from Frigidaire

In my personal experience it works well the first 10 days, but then I don't see it makes a difference. I tried this only for the first year when my fridge was new. I still change this every 6 months as it will be smelly after a while of use. I recommend to use a box of sodium bicarbonate or additional activated charcoal in your fridge to help absorb smells.
