Frozen 2 Steelbook

I got it right when the pandemic started so I couldn't return it but I'm hoping they will replace it with a good one. Steelbooks are too expensive to accept damaged ones.

I sat and watched it with them and it really didn’t peak any interest for any of us. But it’s a movie watch it and decide for yourself.

So I ordered this movie online/pick up in store. I go to the store & the case had a huge dent on the front. I asked for a replacement since I’m paying a lot for a limited edition. They told me that was their last unit and that I could exchange it at a different store or rerun it. I’m like. what?! Why would make me go pick up a defective unit. I could’ve been sent an email letting me know they were out, instead of making Me take a worthless trip over there!
