Being a Disney movie,you know that the content quality will always be there.My daughter did enjoy this sequel to the original.

This movie was more depressing and not as entertaining as the other one. I wasn't impressed

Had my Lenovo in 3 weeks ago for issues. Was told that the problem was resolved. It wasn't. Had to wait 2 weeks for another geek squad appointment, was met with studied indifference and told that because first fix didn't work the computer would need to be sent in. Best Buy couldn't tell me that when I called? Felt the geek squad didn't have time to answer questions. Color me disappointed and frustrated.

This movie is hard to comprehend for young children. I’m not sure who wrote this, but it’s all over the place in terms of the plot

I can only give this purchase 2 stars because the 4K Ultra HD Disc I received from my pre-order is defective. The audio goes from clear to muffled to clear to muffled causing the movie to be unwatchable. The audio problem is specific to only the English Dolby Atmos soundtrack. All other language soundtracks play without any audio issues. Regular Blu-Ray disc also plays without issues. Not happy with the purchase.

Such a cool edition - I did expect more than just the hard back though. Wish they would have included some other extras.

The first Frozen was better. I would not have bought this if not for the fact my little girls wanted it...the only reason.

My daughter and I were both perplexed as to why the movie ended the way it did. A good movie, but it could of been great!

Long review short, i really believe the movie was made just to introduce the new songs. Other than that, meh.

Great kids movie and for Grandmaws. Music is very good through out. Watched it several times.

The DVD was fine and shipped on time. The movie itself was nowhere near as good as the first one .

Worth a watch. The kids loved it but I wish we would have dove into the back story a little more.

It was a good quality film. And it came with a digital code so I don't have to change disks

Story is a mess and hard to follow for kid. Not a fan of this movie. Cash grab by Disney.
