So this movie made a gazillion dollars and had several extra million re-watches during the worldwide covid-19 sheltering. But it just does not do it for me. There are some great things about it. Kristoff's power ballad was straight out of the 80s--oozing love, longing, and angst in a way that would bring a tear to the eyes of Queen, Bryan Adams and Speedwagon fans. Great video montage, and be sure to check out the version by Weezer, too. I also enjoyed the comedic relief provided by Olaf, voiced by Josh Gad. He is also experiencing a little bit of existential angst in this second movie--a guess he has hit his teen years or is just coming to terms with his mortality. The overall plot trajectory for adult viewers was pretty disappointing. Anna is not explored fully, and her comedic interplay with boy-toy Kristoff could have been extended. As for the main character, I just didn't find the whole Elsa-makes-herself-great-again-again plot that engaging. The fire/wind/water/earth powers stuff just felt like a bunch of New Age baloney, and the forced standoff between the two people groups was just an extension of what we see nightly on red/blue TV shows with real news/news-ish/fakey/whatever content. Kids probably will keep loving this. Me, I just bought it (1) so I had something new to watch during the quarantine, and (2) so my daughter could go off to college with the digital download. No way I want this movie on my tablet!

It’s a “great” movie! This should have come out months ago to same me and my wife from seeing the first Frozen movie for the 1500th time. We are so glad we are watching something new! Buy this movie to save yourself from the continuous loop of the original frozen.

It shows us about bonds of family (even if you’re a snowman), about making a hard and yet right choice(s) and that everybody is important. It shows how not to judge by what we heard about the past and to seek the truth, it shows love and caring regardless of who you are and its ok to take any chances, because you never know what good may come of it. It is a really good movie and my whole family enjoyed it. The part where Olaf re-enacts the first movie is hilarious. We laugh every time.

I absolutely LOVE Disney movies and this was a must to add to my collection. Furthermore, I appreciate that these movies come in digital, blue-ray, and regular format. You could not beat the price, plus I had a reward certificate, even better.

First, I absolutely loved this sequal. A little heavier than the first, and probably more adults relate to it, but my 3 year old is also obsessed. Second, I know you can stream it on Disney plus, but the sound and picture quality on bluray were worth it for me.

It is a great movie to watch with the family came just in handing now that we are in quarantine. The customer service was great when i bought the movie, she explained how it came with blue ray and DVD because how DVD are not going to be out for a long time now.

So it is hard to say the sequel is better than the 1st movie, because you can only like a sequel to a movie more when the first was super good. This is the case for this movie. My kids watch it over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over....

For those of you who love the first one you will definitely fall in love again with this one the story and the characters will entice you like they did when you saw it the first time you and the kids will both love it pick it up today you won't be disappointed

The artwork on the inside is a little bit mediocre in my opinion, but man does the cover make up for it. I've collected dozens of steelbooks, but this is in the running for my favorite cover. The simplicity and sharpness of the back is nice as well.

I bought this for my grandchildren. They love it! My granddaughters now fight over who gets to be Anna and Elsa. It is very common for me to come home to kids singing songs from the movie. And since it is a Disney production, it is family friendly!

Watched it several times. Will be watching it over and over. I love that this is different from other classic Disney movies. Its heroines are strong characters. I just find the singing part “lost in the woods” corney, but other than that great musical scores.

Frozen II just doesn't live up to the original which can happen with sequels. I'm not saying that it was bad, it was actually quite enjoyable but the story & energy did not live up to the 1st. While the music was good there were no songs that were memorable, it's not going to have the kids singing it over & over. The story answered many of the questions of why Elsa has her powers and it tied the ends of the story up in such a way that a Frozen III isn't really necessary.

This movie is one of those rare cases where the sequel is as good or even better than the original. This movie is more mature, deeper and the character development is more detailed than the first. The songs are not better than the first, but still very good.

Bought this for our two year old since she is obsessed with Elsa and Anna from the first Frozen movie. This one does not disappoint and puts a smile on our daughter's face every time we watch it. Highly recommend as it is a great addition to the Frozen saga.

Although I didn't like the second movie as much as the first one, it's still fun to watch. I really like that the second movie's steelbook matches the first one, as we all know, Best Buy has a way of not keeping track of the design with movie franchises :D

I bought the first one digitally for my daughter when she was 3 and she loved it! So did my wife and I. This was a no brainer, we were getting this movie when it was released on disc. I took my daughter to see it opening morning and we loved it.

I bought this movie because my grandkids were huge fans of the first Frozen. My grandkids haven't been here to watch it yet, and I have already watched it a few times myself! Brings a smile to my face and warms my heart. Love the movie!

Just when I thought that this movie was going to have to live up to the expectations given how wonderful the first one was, Frozen I surpassed my expectations. Bravo, magnificent and congratulations to the producers. This is one for your collection.

I first saw this movie at the movie theater and even though there were a few parts that were rather corny, I really enjoyed the 3D animation and effects, as well as as the story. I would highly recommend it for any of the original Frozen movie fans!

This movie was so great!!! My family believes it is actually slightly better than the original, at least from a story point of view. The music is not as good as that from the first movie, but overall the movie is right up there with the first one.
