    Fubo is terrible

    I was offered a free trial, which didn’t have the channel I wanted (would’ve been nice if they were upfront), so I cancelled it. I tried to view the app through another service that apparently resigned me up for a higher plan later that day. Upon realizing this, I contacted fubo and they said too bad and refused to give me a prorated refund or anything. I was trying to access fanduel tv. For anyone else in the same boat, fanduel tv is available on spectrum now, you just have to call them and ask them to turn it on. If you haven’t already found out yourself, fubo lineup is terrible and way over priced-DONT SIGN UP FOR THE TRIAL!

    FUBO BAIT-AND-SWITCH!!

    Was excited to try FUBO for 30 days when I bought a new TV from Best Buy. Clicked on the link to activate the trial, but the credit card was denied. Nothing is wrong with the card, but tried another card which was denied also. ChatBot said CC must be out of money or on a security hold, neither of which was true. Called the customer service number, received a recording that said if we tried multiple cards and they didn't work, too bad, we couldn't use their service and it hung up. I then received an email from FUBO to complete my account set-up, but it was only for a 7-day free trial, then 20% discound for 30 days before jumping up to $98/month. I called Best Buy, was asked to wait while the girl asked what to do. No music, no more contact, after 20 minutes I hung up. Lots of people online are complaining about FUBO doing bait-and-switch from 30 days to 7, or from 7 days to 4 mid-stream and then charging the customer on day 5. FUBO needs to be held to their contracts, and Best Buy needs to step up and enforce FUBO's offers to their customers.

    I bought a Roku 75" Class Plus Series QLED 4K Smart RokuTV (Model: 75R6A5R), which is supposed to come with a 30 day free trial of Fubo TV. I received the redemption link from Best Buy in my email and created my new Fubo TV account on my computer. Then I launched the Fubo TV app on my Roku TV, but I can't activate it. So I called Fubo TV customer support for help and they told me that the 30 day free trial cannot be watched on the TV. It can only be watched on small screens like computer, tablet or phone. To watch it on my TV, I need to upgrade, which is basically paying to subscribe to the service. My plan was to see which service I like better--Fubo TV or Youtube TV. Well, Fubo TV is out of the mix before the race even started.

    I tried and tried to get the free 30 day offer from Best Buy & Fubo. I called and called. No help whatsoever. I like Best Buy., but this isn't the 1st scam I've run into. Still hoping we can get what was offered to us, or I'm done with BB
