Don't believe they will send you a reminder email!

Never emailed a reminder but in the middle of the night, billed my credit card for over $90. I saw the charge, went to their website and tried to cancel while the charge was still pending and immediately contacted their automated customer service, which repeated the lie that a reminder email was sent. It definitely wasn't (I even checked my junk and spam folders) informed me that I could use the service for the current month because they don't do partial or full refunds. The billing cycle starts today, and I haven't used their service so why can't I get a refund. If they are able to do this to enough people, they are making a fortune off of people who don't want their service. My advice is to not try their so-called free trial. Don't trust them. It's not free.

I feel I am watching movies, sports, shows, etc., for the first time!! The same is true of my video games!! Games I was bored of and had beaten 10 times over the years seem all new to me. Love, love, love this TV!!!
