They both were respectful, polite, great attitudes and humerous. And they adhered to their Best Buy Employee Protocols. Such as placing shoe covers on at the door due to the snow. They were both knowledgeable, and informational. They had all their tools & equipment they needed on hand. Thank You Tim and JJ, you both rock!
