I have to continually unplug it and plug it back in because it wont respond with the remote. I checked the batteries and changed the batteries even though i only had it for less than a month. I would not recommend this tv. It has a reboot issues. At times the programing sound does not match up with the pictures or it is silent. Uggghh!!

Close early employees are rude

I pre-ordered Mario wonder and when I came to pick it up, the store closed 5 minutes early. I came running up as they were closing the door and after knocking the guys inside just completely ignored me, so rude!!

I even tried creating a new account with a new email address, but the credit card was the same so Fubo has my card as black listed because already used it once.

Absolutely unacceptable customer relations

Totally unfair and totally inappropriate with the way that the manager was with me. I don't know if I'll ever go back to Best buy..
