Good tv, horrible remote.

Communicating with TCL has been no use, since they take multiple days to respond to an email and then close my case when I don’t respond immediately. Every time I ask how to get a new remote they ask me to go through an elaborate test, to confirm the remote that has never worked still doesn’t work.

Also had a major issue after setting up my free account where fubo offered a "sale" for the basic fubo package (no add'l movie channels) for $1.99. I clicked on it assuming that would start after my free 30 days...NOPE! It overrode my free trial. Not only was I charged the $1.99, but all the free 30 day movie channels I added were charged to my credit card. After contacting them, they refused to do anything to reset my account back to the free 30 days telling me my only option was to cancel completely and they would refund my money. So that's what I did. Fubo has a lot of work to do if they want to stick around, They seemed to take a page out of the cable company playbook and add a bunch of channels you don't want but can't choose...and you pay a large price for them.

FUBOTV is ok

Will probably not subscribe as I’m trying to keep my bills down. Came with the TV, so meh, we’ll see. But, there is nothing special about the free 30 days with the TV or without the TV. You can sign up for FIBOTV free for 30 days anyway.
