Very poor communication on process
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy didn’t inform me of how I would receive the free 30 days of Fubo. I received the email but didn’t notice it was contained in the email. When setting up Fubo I had to default too the free 5 days. I called Fubo and found out it was in the email from Best Buy. However, Fubo would not allow me to use the 5 day and 30 day and they would not increase the 5 day. Very poor communication from Best Buy about the free 30 days cost me $80. Best Buy really needs to conduct training for their sells personnel.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1 BOUGHT THIS TELEVISON ON LINE IT WAS SHIPPED BY FED-EX I DID NOT OPEN IT UNTIL I WAS FINISHED FIXING UP A ROOM THAT THE TV WAS TO BE USED IN THE TV SCREEN WAS CRAKED IN SEVERAL PLACES AND I HAD NOT DROPPED THE TV OR SET ANYTHING ON IT I TOOK THE TV OUT TO BESTBUY ON GUNBARREL ROAD IN CHATTANOOGA 10-22-2023 I WENT TO ONE OF THE CASHIERS WHO SAID I DID NOT RETURN THE TV IN 14 DAYS SO I COULD NOT HAVE A RE-PLACEMENT I FEEL WHEN I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO HER BESTBUY COULD HAVE WORKED WITH ME ON THIS.

Watch out for the refurbished and used items

Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our tv was supposed to be delivered and setup on Wed. the 28th of Dec. It didn't arrive. Was told it would be delivered the following day. Didn't happen again. It finally got delivered on Fri.,the 30th,but the delivery guys said they didn't know how to set one up. They couldn't set it up til the following Sat. We finally had our Tv a week and a half after we supposed to get it. The people at the call center were clueless as to what was happening. Overall a very disappointing experience. Not likely we'll buy from Best Buy again.
