Great when it works

The picture is good and so is the sound quality. It’s very bright, but I figured it’s just because the tv it’s replacing is very old. After a little while I realized it sometimes stops responding to the remote. At first I thought the remote was the issue. But then j realized the tv won’t even turn off with the screen power button when it stops responding. In order to fix the issue, I needed to unplug the tv for hours before it would work again. The other day I realized I could also hold the power button until it factory resets and that helps also. As you can imagine, this is extremely inconvenient. I use this tv only for falling asleep and it’s plugged behind my dresser, so when I’m trying to go to sleep and I can’t adjust the volume or turn it off, it’s very annoying. It’s not my internet because everything else works fine and i can see the signal strength it fine. I’m past the return window or else it would be going right back to the store. Not happy.
