Local Best Buy Manager is a Jerk

I purchased this tv back during the holidays to replace an older Insignia tv once a room remodel was completed. Low and behold when the box was opened this week the screen was cracked and the manager treated me as if I broke the tv outside of the box because there was no apparent damage to the box other than a small hole. I acknowledged that the return date had passed but regardless the manager insisted that I must have broken the tv. Mind you all the stickers and film were still on the tv. It appears as if the fork from a lift truck may have damaged the tv while on a pallet during unloading. However I’m happy to say that after contacting Insignia directly they are shipping me a replacement. Word of advice. Inspect the tv’s in store before taking home even if the box is not damaged. Manager never even acknowledged I am a rewards member or offered a solution to the dilemma. Just accused me of being dishonest.

Sports geared streaming service but overpriced

Fubo is just too pricey for what you get. It's half to 2/3rds the price we were paying for satellite. Philo seems to be a much better deal and 1/3 the price of Fubo and most of the channels we want with DVR. At least this was a free trial with purchase of another product

Toshiba 4K HDR Fire TV

I found out about extra apps for Toshiba Fire TV. It’s been working great and awesome gaming experience and recommend for PS5 console gamers. A lot more with this Tv inside the full package. Good delivery and thanks Best Buy for this awesome deal.
