I've been struggling to contact the manufacturer for the past 2 months and it is a frustrating process. The TV just keeps updating. Ive tried the software updates although i dont think ita worth rebuying this tv

The screen is picture perfect and clear. We have always bought Samsung but thinking of switching for our next tv.
