    My son loves it we all habe nee tvs thag stream live tv his hd roku wont he watches Netflix and basically everything from his xbix or pc

    I signed up using the Best Buy redeem link and should have received a 30-day trial. Instead, I received only a 1-day trial. I've never had an account with them so I qualify as a new customer. I contacted their customer service and sent them the requested link but was told there was nothing they could do. They told me it would take 24-48 hours not counting the weekend for another department to investigate this but unfortunately, I would be charged in the meantime. I canceled while speaking with their rep. If I am already having issues from the start I can only imagine the nightmare of trying to get my money back later.
