Crappy Customer Service and Tech

I mean, sure, the channel selection isn't the worst thing on the planet, but the customer service is absolute garbage, and so is their ability to allow you to pay for the service. I canceled the free trial and then went for the full service a week later but couldn't make the purchase because it kept denying my debit card and my credit card and not giving me a real error reason. I tried the pop-up to contact customer service about it and never got delivered to a real person. It only claimed, "If your card isn't working, contact your bank. We can't do anything about it," essentially saying it's my fault when I know my card(s) work perfectly fine. Just poor customer support.

They also do not have the complete season of the episodes I love to watch, even though they say that they do. They also do not have some of my favorite stations like TNT, but it's still pretty cool.
