Fake offer that would not work for a new subscribe

I was transferred to 3 people on the phone with best buy, only to be told to contact Fubo. Of course, Fubo says to contact Best Buy! Just don't send these free trials out if they don't work because all it does is make me not want to ever try this service!

Service interruption, no CNN and HBO

Missed a FIFA world cup semi-final game due to their servers being attacked. Also noticed there is no CNN and HBO. But we don't care, we only watch sports. Too expensive to watch just sports.
