customer Service nightmare

Best Buy was unable to deliver my television on three separate occasions. The second time they arrived, the unit was not even on the truck. And I sat home and waited those three days. I spent hours on the phone with various customer service people from Best Buy. At one point I was promised a gift certificate for my inconvenience. Eventually I gave up and shopped elsewhere. I was then told I was not entitled to the gift certificate because I did not take the delivery. They actually wanted me to stay home and wait for a fourth day.

Scam fubo trial offer

I bought a new 65" Hisense TV from Best Buy with the fuboTV free trial of 30 days. Well, it's been a near couple months later and I have yet to get my offer code or anything emailed to me from fubo! I don't blame Best Buy, it's false advertisement with fuboTV. Buyer beware if you see this bundle deal. I wound up getting a free trial with Peacock on my own that wasn't a part of the TV deal. Go figure! I am going to be reporting fubo to the BBB for bad business practices. But hey, I love my new 65" TV! lol
