Problems with new television
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the 65 inch Samsung Tv. The TV was delivered and was supposed to be mounted. Being mounted was part of our price. However I had to pay 80. for the mount. They refused to remove my old TV saying it was too heavy and they might hurt themselves. My television now has a synchronizing problem with picture and voice.. I would not recommend Best Buy.
