I rescheduled my clients and work to be available during the delivery hours only to be called saying the appointment was cancelled with no explanation. This forced me to call customer service losing half an hour I’ll member get back. The supervisor was a complete joke and stating it was a “transferring” issue and that my item wasn’t even on the delivery truck. By far the worst purchase and customer service experience. Still waiting for my delivery weeks later as football season starts. Don’t waste your time or money
