Sound quality is great and clear even when at loud volumes. Great speaker for indoor or backyard style use.

Really love this speaker. I was a little disappointed when we got home and it was not as loud as it seemed in the store. We really do enjoy using this speaker by the pool. My daughter and I crank it up and dance around the house at night. Sometimes the speaker will make a cracking sound, but it seems to only do that if the internet connection is slow. Overall, I love this speaker and would purchase it again if needed!

I was looking for an outdoor speaker and this one sounds great. It exceeded my expectations.

Needed soft ware up date. Pain in the boat. High fidelity lacking, great bass.

Long story short, if your device (I have a Samsung note 4) connects to the speaker but does not play music, and if you have windows 10 which isn't compatible with their product updater- this speaker is worthless to you. Here are their 2 responses from their customer service after I wrote them saying their product updater on their website doesn't work. Response #1 "During manufacturing a software key tied to the number of units produced expired and that wasn't allowing some units to play music." Their customer service again refered me to use the product updater, so again I wrote back saying that does not work, and that I am using a windows 10 machine to perform the upgrade (you need to wire the speaker to your PC in order to perform the firmware upgrade). Response #2 "Unfortunately our updater is not up to date with Windows 10. We also can not remotely access your computer. I am very sorry but I would recommend going to a library as they most likely will have a windows 7 or 8 computer" I responded to that reply, but my words would not be fit for this forum... And go to a library?!?! HA!!!!!! What a joke! THIS THING IS A PIECE OF GARBAGE. And honestly, Best Buys quality control department dropped the ball on this product by even carrying it. Also, the phone # on Fugoo's site doesn't take calls. And, their customer service response times were 5 days wait each time. Good thing I am a Platinum Best Buy member and have 60 days to return this thing, which, is going back right now.

I had first purchased the first Fugoo with the tough case from Amazon and loved it. Used it every day for work. I am in the trades ( remodeling/tile and stone/ craft woodworking) and it held up perfectly to all the bumps, drops, dust, mortar, and being forgotten in the rain. The sound quality was excellent and the overall volume in relation to the size of the speaker was impressive. Distorted a little if I'll was above 85% max vol but still impressive. Once I learned they were making an XL version I looked into selling the old one to get the new one. Couldn't be happier! The XL surpasses any other bluetooth speaker I've heard before. It out performed my friends Sony and another's Bose. Both nice speakers. Has immensely clean highs with warm and full lows. Even all the up (wich in fact is very loud) it sounded excellent. So much so my neighbor came over to investigate the racket ! ( a band called Every) I believe he went to go buy one. Especially once I showed him that my phone was in my pocket playing music through my speaker about 150' away! I look forward to what the good people at Fugoo develop next!

We bought this laptop after reading several reviews on several different laptops. Best Buy had the best price and it was in stock. The screen is large and very clear. My wife does a lot of work with pictures as her hobby is photography and she loves the versatility that the touch screen gives her.

Got these while on sale after debating for the longest time between these and the JBL Xtremes. I believe i got the best deal (price/quality) by picking Fugoo. Fugoo is a smaller company that is trying to grow and i don't mind supporting their product as it seems they are delivering quality. These speakers deliver superb bass and a filling sound - in addition battery life is great (although i doubt i am getting the 35 hours) - set up was a breeze and the button options are great. You can activate your personal assistant (IE SIRI) - play/pause / rew/fwd etc...these options were important to me as i wanted to be able to control my music without worrying about my phone especially in a wet environment such as the pool and shower(the JBL doesnt have these features) Sound compared to JBL is less powerful but also more natural to the ears and i believe is enough for indoor use. The design is great and you can eventually add straps to this speaker (would have been nice to include them with it but wont complain at the price i paid). I took a star for two reasons: -Lack of IOS/Android app to update the speaker firmware and or tweak sound -Evident distortion at levels of 70% to max volume on certain tracks (even played at very high quality 320 audio) which can be annoying if you are picky / i believe the distortion is sometimes due to the jacket but i am not sure - i have recently downloaded a firmware update but couldn't find the release notes anywhere nor had the chance to test the speaker. i would hope it somehow improved distortion. Overall, a great quality speaker that is good looking and anything proof - you have the ability to purchase a different jacket and add accessories which is a plus.
